I had a terrific experience with Totally Electric and their entire team. I was looking for an electrician to install my Google Nest Floodlight Camera, replace an old floodlight, and replace a bathroom light fixture. In researching electricians across the city, many companies didn't come on site to provide an estimate. In fact, all of the businesses I've checked charged a fee for coming on site.Totally electric was completely different. Jeremy came by and reviewed our needs, gave us a fantastic (and very reasonable quote) for the work, outlined the amount of time it may take, and didn't charge a penny. Throughout the process, I dealt with Maddox and Cheryl (both receptionists) in scheduling my appointment.Maddox and Cheryl went out of their way to make my schedule work. They sent Andy (our electrician) to do the job. Andy's truly cares about his work (and it shows). As I observed his work, he made sure to do everything with care. He made sure that all lights and the camera was adjusted to my specifications. In the end, everything was done beyond expectations.I will definitely do future business with Totally Electric. In fact, I have a few more upgrades in the house and because of their workmanship, value, and professionalism, I will definitely go back for more (and refer others to them).Thank you Totally Electric for your fantastic work!

Jeremy is great, but the owner was aggressive over the phone. This company had worked on my washroom twice. A few weeks later, the power did not work in the washroom, and they refused to fix it at no charge. Ended up having to go with another company who confirmed the work done in the washroom was not done well. Owner needs a ego check when dealing with clients - especially since I've used this company a few times now. I suggest Mr Electric or Colter electric.

We have had nothing but a positive experience with Totally electric. We used them the first time for setting up the electrical work for our hot tub. This was our second time using them for a breaker panel switch repair and it was a very quick, efficient and pleasant service. We will definitely be using them in the future for any of our electrical work or issues !!

Our experience with Totally Electric was top-notch!We got a response back quickly about a quote appointment and it was scheduled within a week or so. Jeremy came by and gave us an honest estimate & provided some insight into how long the project would take. It was intially estimated at a full day of work but it only ended up taking a half-day to relocate several switches in our kitchen and upgrade/relocate our electrical panel.Jeremy and Alex were friendly & easy going guys to deal with and they did a quick and high quality job. Maddox was a delight to communicate with for scheduling and accepting the quote. We'll definitely be calling Totally Electric in the future for any projects we may have!

I was very pleased with total electric technician’s workmanship, courtesy and overall thoroughness’s. We had a generator panel installed, we received excellent service from the initial phone to the install. Very professional, efficient, friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend Total Electric!!

Jay and Jake (I hope I got their names right!), did an amazing job installing pot lights, changing outlets/thermostats to be more modern, on top of a bunch of little requests/questions we had. Thanks so much and would recommend.

The team at Totally Electric is fantastic--from estimation to job completion. Alex was lead on our job and was quick to offer ideas to make the project better and always responsive (can't say enough good about our experience working with him). They handled our remodel and panel upgrade well and worked to fit in on our timeline. I will use Totally Electric again for all my electrical needs.

Installed a Tesla Gen 3 Electric Car Charger for me. They had to go through 2 concrete walls. End result was very clean and organized. Charger works great. On time. Very professional in and out. Billing is very straightforward and pricing is fair. Thank you.

Electrician was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He installed two generator transfer switches and tested them with generator. He also placed them in an ideal location which freed up space for future electrical needs. Customer service was also very professional, easy to get a hold of and followed up with a reminder email for appointment day/time. I felt bad as I had to cancel twice due to parts availability (ordered my own switches) but they were willing to wait as long as I needed to get the transfer switches. Once I got the parts they came in 3 business days which is fast in my opinion. I would highly recommend them not only for the great work they do but their helpful customer service.
