Service is slow but food is good. As too be expected for a boston pizza, they close at 10 but if you show up at 820 apparently the kitchen is closed. As a chain resteraunt you should have your kitchen open the posted hours, poor management decision.

Very disappointed. Waited almost 20 minutes to have our drink order taken then started the timer on my watch. After another 40 minutes still no drinks arrived. Then 2 other tables that arrived after us got their drinks and food and still nothing. At no time did the wait staff check in with us nor could we flag one down. I finally caught one at an order terminal and advised we had to leave as one kid had already fallen asleep. This might be the only BPs in Alberta still making wait staff use paper scraps to take orders instead of tablets. Maybe that is part of the issue. Either way I wouldnt be surprised if the order never made it to the kitchen. Not the first time we've had very long wait times at this location. I dont think we'll be going back. Next we'll support one of the smaller more deserving non chain restaurants in town.

Fantastic friendly service. Good reliable food. Had the Kickn Memphis Chicken sandwich which was tasty and not too spicy.

A great Wednesday date night for me and my honey! We enjoys friendly, polite, quick service in the bar. Hot, fresh and tasty tacos, and appetizers. Really good pitcher of wine cooler. All staff in the bar area were cheerful and place including washrooms were very clean. Thank you!

Pretty slow service, not busy by normal standards. Had to ask for utensils and napkins that are normally brought upon seating. Manager seemed to wander around aimlessly not checking in with guests.

Fast friendly service and good food.We were in town for a festival and the restaurant was packed. The staff were awesome as they quickly and efficiently took orders and delivered the food. The kitchen staff were amazing as the food came out quickly and was top notch. I was truly impressed with the whole experience.

I can’t say enough good things here. We came down for a hockey tournament from 6 hours away. I called BP’s to book a reservation for our team for after our first game. The manager advised he didn’t know there was a tournament and didn’t have adequate staff but would be able to accommodate if we would agree to a pre-order. I told him absolutely! He then texted me so I had his number and email address to send the order to.There was an item not available and a couple clarification items needed, so he texted me to call him. I contacted those families and texted the manager back. He texted me during the game to see where we were at. I texted him at the start of the third period and again once it ended. We headed over right after the game. Drink orders were placed and shortly after the food started coming out. They were extremely organized. Many staff helping to get the orders out from the kitchen to our group. We were situated right near their kitchen. There was no chaos at all, no sounds of stress at all. The staff were all working together so efficiently and effortlessly. There were almost 40 people ordering food and not one error made. All food was hot, nothing was left sitting. This is all a testament to the manager. We have been to many team dinners over the years and this was honestly by far the best I have seen. Many of our parents asked me to provide feedback so I decided to write this review. Our parents were fairly blown away by how well of a job they did, and they all commended this manager as you can clearly tell this establishment runs as smooth as it does because of him. He is very involved and clearly supports the staff in a way that ensures a positive customer experience. Would highly recommend this establishment, especially for a short notice team event. Absolutely flawless!

Super clean and all Covid precautions visibly taken. Really impressed!Our server was Dayna T and she was fantastic. She was super pleasant, and knowledgeable.We tried the new Parmesan garlic and Hot honey wings and they were delicious.
