Customer service is not as good as when they were Banville and Jones. I find since they changed no one approaches us to ensure we are finding what we are looking for or to make suggestions..one of the reasons I used to go there. It's too bad. I initially thought maybe it was the day I went but I've been several times since and they just sit behind the front desk.

One of the best selections of hand-picked unique and hard-to-find fine wines in Manitoba. Red, white, rosé, Champagne, Prosecco, and other sparkling wines from virtually every wine-making region of repute world wide. They also have a great selection of luxurious gifts, some artisinal breads, cheeses, and chocolates. Overall, highly rated.

Great service! Love the virtual wine tastings they have been offering. Also appreciate the curb side pick up and delivery out to La Salle! Great wines available. As well, love the gift sets for order and delivery!

Great company! We've been shopping at Jones & Company for years (before even the name change) - from occasional new bottle, to monthly wine club to gift baskets. The staff has always been great and provide helpful suggestions if you are not sure what to get.I left it late this year to get some gift baskets and Saralyn Mehta has been absolutely amazing in helping me to get what I needed and making sure it all worked out in the timeline needed. Jones & Co is absolutely my favourite place to go when I need a good recommendation. Sure there's high-end options when I'm feeling fancy, but yesterday they helped me find a delicious boxed wine. Boxed wine isn't synonymous with bad wine, this one I've previously purchased as a bottle. Love this store and all the staff!

Terrible customer service. Whomever the young women who was ringing me up on June 17th at 1730hrs needs to learn basic math skills as well as basic manners.I paid $25 cash for a $23.51 bottle of wine. I received $1.45 in change. My suggestion that she should “round down” and give me $1.50 in change was met with sighing and eye rolling. Really? Her belated offer to give me the correct change was too little too late. I left the store with a disagreeable taste in my mouth over this incident.
