Had a great experience at this dentist! Therese was an awesome hygienist. She was super thorough and gentle while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Balleza was also super nice and clearly informed me about my dental treatment options.The office has a nice family vibe and I will recommend anyone to visit it!

Had teeth cleaning today. The hygienist is so good, gentle and very calm. However, the secretary did not do her job well. My husband called yesterday to check if we need to cash out anything as our insurance changed. She said nothing to cash out, as we are 100% covered then when we were done with our cleaning she charged us $100+ as 80% is only covered. Otherwise we could've waited for my husband's coverage before booking our teeth cleaning. We are very frustrated today. Hopefully next time the secretary will check every details carefully to avoid this from happening again, $100 is still a big money nowadays.

I had such a wonderful experience getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Zhang is an expert and his assistant was lovely as well. I had high anxiety before the procedure but they were both so patient with me. His assistant was such a lovely person, she took her time to reassure me and helped me calm down.Everyone in the clinic was so so nice and the customer service I received was 10/10. Thank you to everyone that helped me! :))

Will definitely be my new Dental Clinic from now onwards. They cleaned my teeth and soothed my gum infection which caused pain for a few days. My gums are very enlarged and so I need deep cleaning which other dental clinics are not able to do properly. They took care of most of my issues in two visits. I am hoping to schedule with their gum specialist soon to emphasize on my gum disease. Good job to all the staff and team members. Dr. Mandy who did the cleaning was very efficient, and Dr. Ralph was very good at repairing my damaged filling which was more than 10 years old. The end result was very comfortable no awkward feeling in biting.

All the receptionists, dentists and hygienists are amazing at this clinic. Dental Hygienist Therese, Abby and Lolita were very professional, informative, and caring. They listened to my concerns and help me alleviate the pain I was experiencing. They're the Best!

The service was amazing! Dr. Ralph and his assistant are so patient and explains everything in details. I've never experienced any uncomfortability during the entire treatment. Great team. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!.

I have done a tooth bridge with Dr Lindsay, and he is a star of a dentist. He was very patient with me, and throughout the process I was amazed at his professional capability as a dentist. He was significantly better than any of my past dentists. The front desk staff were also accommodating and warm. Thank you for the amazing job!

The team at Dr. MR Balleza clinic is really friendly and professional. They make every step of the process easy and enjoyable. Many of my friends and family use their services as well and we cannot recommend them enough!

New client here but Dr. Ralph and Kate were phenomenal. I felt at ease the whole time and will definitely be returning for all of my future dental work I need done. All anxiety I had towards going to the dentist is gone.
