Cant imagine a waterpark in -1 degree temperatures outside ! This fully indoor waterpark makes it a reality! What an amazing place for the family to come and enjoy , helping and friendly staff makes it worth 5 star.Parking is paid , locker rentals are extra - plan accordingly

I recently visited the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark in Niagara Falls and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The park was a fantastic place to take my family, especially my kids. They had a blast playing in the various water attractions and rides. The water was warm, which was perfect for my kids, but I can see how it could be a bit too warm for some people. However, this is a common issue with indoor waterparks, and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. The only real negative was the noise level, which was a bit high at times. But, with so many kids running around having fun, it's to be expected. Additionally, there was a strong smell of chlorine, but again, this is a typical issue with indoor waterparks and not unique to Fallsview.Overall, I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun and exciting day with their family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my kids had a blast. If you're in Niagara Falls and looking for a fun way to spend a day, I highly suggest visiting the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark!

This was an unbelievable experience. This place is highly recommended for families with small kids. Tons of rides to enjoy and fun options, restaurant on site and plenty of chairs to seat and relax. Gets extremely busy on the weekend so highly recommend to do reservations in advance specially if you are not local resident. Paid parking is available on the site.

They never pick up their phone. So don’t bother to call them. I left a voice mail which became a ticket. Then a lady called me in the midnight who sounds really nice but didn’t even answer my question. Lol. I don’t know what to say. I took my kids to the water park next day - too many people in the wave pool. But the slides were great. At least my kids had fun.

Great activity for the winter. Nice staff with fun variety of tube slides, kids activities, hot tub, wave pool and outdoor pool. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the night, which was definitely a great idea since we got access to the park for 2 days and also didn't have to drive back home to Pickering tired!

The good - Fun park ,short lines and lots of seating. Slides are fun. Food and drink are not overly expensive. The not so good - really really starting to show its age, lots of wear everywhere. Constantly getting dripped on patches and tape everywhere.

We had a great time on a PD Day Friday. I expected it to be busy and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't bad at all. We were able to get onto the slides in under 5 minutes, tops. The pool had to be shut down twice while we were there but the staff got it up and running quite quickly. We'll definitely go back. We will not park at the hotel though...$40!!

Recently, I went to visit Fallsview indoor water park.I would like to say that the staff is friendly and organized. We stayed at the connecting hotel, so entering was very convenient. This park is very nice with enough watersides for all ages, it was really fun with my little one at the wave pool. The only thing I recommend is having better communication with the connecting hotel guest who purchased the bundle. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the park to confirm our package was included and cost us 45 minutes.Aside from that, I would recommend this park to parents looking for fun activities at niagara Falls.

I will never go back during March Break, but also likely not at all. I was expecting it to be packed, but it really didn't seem like there was any thought given to planning of the extra crowds. Lockers were full, with no alternative solution except carrying your bag around or leaving it somewhere and hoping for the best.Lineup for the big slides was well over an hour long, we gave up and didn't bother. Lineup for the smaller slides was also very long, so we gave up on those, too. Standing waiting in line we were freezing. The wave pool was extremely cold and my child's lips turned blue in about 10 minutes. Nowhere to go to warm up, even the pool floor was cold with the outside doors being opened constantly. We gave up and went for food. Waited over 30 minutes in a small line to get a couple hot dogs. The kids had a bit of fun playing in the jungle gym upstairs, and then we left.Adults have to pay for admission even though we didn't use anything. What a waste of almost $300 for 2 kids and 2 adults.I know it was March break and like I said, expected it to be busy, but they did absolutely nothing to support the amount of people. They could have sold time slots, capped the amount of passes they sold, anything. But instead in was understaffed, over crowded, and way overpriced.

Nice indoor water park with lots of slides. Fun for every age.We got a cabana. Cabana fits 6 people. You’ll have your private space and nice view of the falls. There is also a a power outlet in the cabana which is very convenient.Food and drinks are fairly priced.Parking cost is not included in the admission fee.
