Claims are marked processed with no explanation, the status is not changed when you resubmit a document so you have no idea if anyone is going to see the claim again, and the delay is huge. Tried calling, there isn't even a wait, it just says too many calls and hangs up on you. Ridiculous communication system.

My most recent experience speaking to a representative at Blue Cross was very lack lustre. The employee’s tone a voice was so unkind and snappy towards me. It would be nice if they could hire service representatives who know how to provide kind and sympathetic service.

Corrupt company. bluecross increased all peoples premiums by 20% and reduced health spending by 50% from $500 to $250. can’t get a hold of customer service. always lines are busy with high call volumes. Greedy company and management.

They care for people whose sick? trash! they just make you stress they get your money easily without talk but if you need there assistance or claims they will make you wait for months make you in debt. Telling you its unsure they will approve your LTD even thou you have all the medical info and doctors update. They even told me to apply for EI instead. Single mom whose sick with 2 kids and all they did was holding your claims not paying for 1 and half month already.

Penalizes perfectly robust and healthy individuals for choosing to be naturally immune to CV-19. No thanks on the experimental poke to qualify for lower travel insurance rates. I challenge the insurance statisticians to prove to me that the surcharge is warranted on the basis of increased health claims.

What is going on! I haven’t been able to get through since before the holidays. I was told by a coworker that Blue Cross is closed between Christmas and New Year’s. This is fine but at least put it on your website. Make a recording. Today which is January 6 I called four minutes after the business has opened and there is already the same message that there was during the holidays. It states that there is a larger than call volume and they can’t get to my call and they just hang up on me. If you were unable to, or do not want to talk to your clients because you’re doing something else at least let us know. We pay for the service we have a right to know.

It's so difficult to get someone on the phone. They're rigid with life insurance guidelines and don't offer other insurance they offer or what's right for an individual person.
