Shaun and Hollie resolved an issue with our carpet purchase and we are exceptionally pleased with the outcome and their handling of our issue. Firstly. Hollie was great. But really, let me tell you about the installers….Rick was on time, ready to work. Took pride in his work and did not waste time…. Thank you so much.Addison is a PRO. Sets his own hours which is fine by me! His work is outstanding.Both took pride on their work. We’re careful with walls etc. of course a few dings happen. Had our kitchen floor done in vinyl plank flooring in the beginning of February and we are very pleased with the product and Justin the installer.He was very helpful and answered any and all of my questions besides giving me tips on the care of the floor.I really can't wait until I get the rest of the common area done upstairs and tied into the kitchen

By the time I stopped in at United Floors, I had likely visited every other flooring place in Red Deer. Because I was looking for a very small piece of lino for a van floor I had not found anything suitable at a reasonable price. I arrived around 3:30pm - exhausted and fairly hopeless at this point.In barely over an hour I had not only found a suitable piece of linoleum but the Amazing & Wonderful people at United Floors cut and installed it! All for a very reasonable price. Thank you Laura!!
