These guys found me a copy of Session 9 I could not find anywhere and I finally got to watch it again after almost 10 years. Still amazing. The staff are ready to help and clearly know their stuff. Much appreciated!!

There are titles available here that you can't get at most stores brand new. Sometimes the pricing is a little high. This location in the mall is very good and the staff are very helpful. They are very stocked in TV series DVD and have lots of categories.

We always enjoy a trip to Cinema 1! They have many movie titles that are difficult to find elsewhere, and this is reflected in the prices. I have compared their new prices with on-line retailers and most are consistent for many of their out-of-print selections. I like that the staff don't harass me when I'm browsing for a hour!

This store is a little too pricy, I found an old DVD that I wanted from 1989, but it was $20! That's almost the price of new release. Kinda felt like we didnt get a chance to browse, the employee in the store was literally following us, watching our every move. Definately won't go back there.

Great place for finding movies. They have all that you could want: DVDs, Blu-rays, 4K Discs, and 3D discs. Price is almost always competitive to other stores. Only problem is no price matching, which BestBuy does do.

Excellent selection of beautiful physical media. DVD, BLU Ray and 4K. Nice and helpful staff.

This place has a great selection of movies but they're not cheap. Being in a mall this is the case. Yesterday I was in there for 35 minutes walking round and looking at everything they had. Not once, did anyone in the store staff of three, come up to me and ask if I needed any help or even greet me at the door and say hello. They seen me. The man was walking around putting new movies out and yapping to the two ladies at the counter who were more interested in playing with their phones then anything else. I thought before I left it would have been great if I had been a top manager from the head office and nailed them with a stop watch and showed them how much time has elapsed since I entered the store and never had anyone to even bother to say hello. Like most young kids the stores hire these days, they don't have a ounce of common sense between their ears the way the customer thinks and their needs. I will avoid this place when possible and take my business elsewhere as they're obviously not the least bit interested in helping someone who planned on dropping a few hundred bucks for some box sets. Your loss.

Store is great and selection is great but there is one associate who just ruins it. Never gives you the info you need. Can't be bothered to look certain things up. Call another location they are more than happy to help and serve. I'd rather spend the extra gas and go to the other location to receive the proper service.

This is my go to store for different movies - cult classics, hard to find titles, older titles, and of course they have the newest releases too. Staff are helpful and friendly - if they don't have the movie in stock they can order it for you.
