Ingredients are fresh and tastyService staff are helpful and more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Servers are quick and accurate with your requestsDefinitely one of the better hot pot places out there. Would visit again!

Very nice experience. I personally enjoy the dark interior and other designs. Service is good. Food quality is good. Love the fancy sample plate of different beef cuts after ordering so you know what you are eating. I also like that they don't refill your soup base with water or some mysterious soup in every pot. They actually refill your pot with the same kind you ordered. Well done. Currently 20% if you pay in cash.P.S. Communication on billing can be better. A staff who never served us chased us down, thinking we didn't pay. 20% tips was what we paid as a matter of fact. Plus, if I really didn't pay, sending a 5ft tall lady in her mid 40s would not be able to chase us down, or would she? Hm...

General speaking this place is on a higher pricing size since I came for the Wagyu. The standard" serving place were presented before our selected item are the beefs combo on a white cooling box. I would not call them fresh despite the look of it. However

Service was pretty good. Fast and courteous and polite. Food was a bit hit or miss. This is an ayce style restaurant with 3 tier pricing. Basic tier has local North American augus beef and other basic seafood like shrimp and fish slices $35. And then the premium tier ($60) with American and Australian wagyu and some additional seafood like tiger prawn and frozen scallop. Last but not least there is the “world” tier ($100) where they would give you 2oz each person of Japanese A5 wagyu sirloin and 2oz short rib (can’t remember the exact cut) and some additional seafood as well. We ordered the middle tier. When they brought the wagyu slices, some were very good, but some didn’t look very appetizing. I had a couple of trays that were still very much frozen, so it broke off into pieces really easily. Ended up not eatable. We ordered both the Australian wagyu short rib slices and the USDA prime short rib to test out it they were really different. I would say they looked pretty similar. I don’t think they bait and switch because the wagyu top sirloin looked really good. But some cuts were better than others. So I am just not super sure if the middle tier was worth the price. Also, for our first order, they brought the food really fast and we had a bunch of stuff that we didn’t order. I would chalk it up as honest mistake, but could be better. Also the soup base is not included in the price. So be prepared to pay an additional $10/ person for it.Overall I would say happy with the service but food quality needs improvement.

Great food and taste. Excellent service (take away empty plates fast, welcome customer and leave charges for you to decide how much fee to give)Got the 20% discount, soup base 18.99 and tip 15% 2 people for $90 is really good price for just the classic beef option.

Would have been 5 star if it wasn’t because of the mango snow ice lol. The picture looked so nice but what we got was so pitiful.Everything else was perfect. Meat and veggies were very fresh, better than a lot of other places. Dessert was average, wouldn’t recommend the durian pudding.

Clean, well spaced, and a great atmosphere! First time here and have nothing bad to say. Soups were delicious and had a good variety of foods. It’s on the pricey side, but if you consider the variety, clean up, and also that they too up the soup with soup (not hot water), it’s fair. Not something you’ll do every day, but it was a great experience. Robots going around add to the fun — the kids loved it!

Overall a good experience here except we were given the bill before our time was up. My tip would be to be prepared the soup bases when you arrive. The sauce station is a bit small. The quality of the meat was very good. Orders placed on the phone came pretty fast. Very good dessert selection, most places just have ice cream. Seafood seemed pretty fresh too. We made a reservation at an early time for dinner. There was a queue as we were leaving.

We went for the classic beef option to try it out. $35+ per head with additional charge for soup base for all you can eat is at normal range. They have different varieties of beef but all of them are sliced too thin, quality is good. We had tomato soup base, pork bone soup base, beef bone soup base and the miky soup base, all are rich and taste good.Service is average.Nice environment but table is too small for all you can eat hotpot setting.

We had lunch here this past weekend, Sunday. The portions are just right as we ordered 2 choices. You can get up to 4 which is a lot, with each selection added cost. Our selection was beef and pork. We also ordered the Geoduck sashimi which was fresh for additional $48. The designed of the bowls was nice as they have a filter to help drain the sauce. See picture.
