Basement Repair Specialists repaired two cracks in my basement wall coming together at an angle that could have result in part of the wall falling. They did an excellent job. What I appreciated most is the communication each step of the way. Every staff person I interacted was polite, engaged and responsive. It was a smooth process.

Bob was very informative when it came to explain why basement foundation was cracking and causing water leaks. I felt very comfortable making my decision to go with Basement Repair Specialists because of Bob.When it came to day 1 of the repair Francisco showed up and started telling me the whole process. It felt like he never stopped working! Day 2 he finished the repairs showing me and telling me more about it.Everything went very smoothly every step of the way!Would highly recommend them to fix any basement issues!

Extremely pleased with the service from Basement Repair Specialists. They were on time to the minute, explained what they planned to do and how it would work before they started; worked efficiently, and completed the job in 4 hours. Clean up made the basement cleaner than before any work they did. Phone consultations were done in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Ten minutes after completing the work, the skies opened up with a torrential downpour. Not a drop was seen in the basement. Their cost was extremely reasonable and comes with a nice warranty. I highly recommend their services.

We hired Basement Repair Specialists a few months ago, to see if we needed crawl space encapsulation and or crawl space/ foundation piering sump pump etc. (we just bought this house last Sept) Bob recommended just a crawl space encapsulation based on his experience. That was great as it saved us money. They came timely, were courteous, did they job promptly, within the amount of time they had previously quoted. It's hard to know if the quality will hold up, as we just got the crawl spaces encapsulated. However so far is warmer above them, they look clean, is pleasant to look into the crawl spaces now, as they feel bright. In the spring we will see, how much this helps with insects and moisture. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with this company. Bob and his team were great. Honest, professional, on time and did great work. I felt like a valued customer throughout the whole process. Even when issues arose due to forces out of our control, they made it happen and got the job done. I am impressed with the level of service and the attention shown by every person I have interacted with at Basement Repair Specialists. We have ordered custom covers for our basement window wells. The follow through has been amazing, and the friendliness of everyone has been a treat. So far they have responded when they said they would and I am looking forward to the final installation.

They were able to schedule work relatively quickly to help me in regards to an insurance inspection. They patched and sealed multiple cracks in basement foundation and garage walls. They also spent a few days removing a cracking front concrete stoop. Bob was the project manager and he was thorough in describing what needed to be repaired and the process when he came to inspect and provide a quote. Bob was also reachable and receptive to my concerns and feedback on a couple items that arose throughout the projects. The completed work was great. My experience with the crew was good, but there were some miscommunications and items left not how they were found. Overall a good experience.

The whole team was great from beginning to end. Called because we had water leaking in the basement after some heavy rain. Bob was over the next day to provide an estimate. Francisco was very efficient performing the repair. Everyone was timely, professional, and explained things very well. Entire process was smooth beginning to end.Would highly recommend!!
