HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I booked a ride and the driver called and texted me that I should cancel because his car was stuck and that he couldn’t come and I was charged $5.65. I contacted the customer service email showing the text message but have not received a response or my money back. They should have a number where we can speak to someone for an actual response/service so I can get my money back. This is not the first time this has happened. Horrible service/company.

Horrible app! My partner and I sat on confirming order" for almost 30 minutes. Had to end up canceling and calling a friend to ask for a ride. Almost an a half an hour late for a meeting with my son's school because thanks to this. I highly recommend using a different service if you want reliability."

The driver arrived and within a minute or two drove off and charged us the whole trip. Worst part is: we used a discount and that discount wasnt applied because of this.No number to call and a horrible experience.

We had Dave as our driver this past Saturday and it was beyond perfect! He was so kind, so down to take pictures for us, and help us with anything we needed! I will be booking again with “ur ride” and requesting him if he’s available

Hate this app and everything elseLong story short, i have signed up a few days back with the hope of using their service.. 2 days later i received an email saying we see you haven't used our service so here is a code for 50% on your first ride

Has anyone else had Uride double charge them? Or take amounts that weren't even the right for the ride taken? This has happened to me a more than a few times now where I have had to get a hold of the company. Most recently i took one ride that was 10.75 plus a 2.00 tip. I was charged and it was posted to my account. Then i got another charge for the same amounts and another charge for a random amount. I am starting to think they are doing this intentionally trying to take money without people noticing. It seems super sneaky. I have yet to hear from them to rectify this issue. Make sure to check your statements after taking a ride. It does appear as though they are trying to steal.

Love that they have GPS, are there when they say, price is the same or a bit cheaper then a taxi,,, last 3 taxi’s I have called took 1 to 2 hours to show. Will only use URIDE now, driver was very respectful and clean carVery impressed

As a driver I’m sad to say that speaking up against a poorly run operation has resulted in my ejection. The poor implementation of a new dis functional app has caused grief for both customers and drivers yet they insist on us all being patient while they improve/fix it over the next few weeks, months, years. (?)I don’t recommend driving for this company.
