Awful service. They are over 20 mins later for my appointment and haven't even acknowledged they're lateness even less apologize for it. No indication how long the wait will be. There are 5 of us waiting. Not enough waiting room space. After having make reservations this is inexcusable. After 30 mins wait without even a smile from the staff we left.

If you’re not a regular here don’t bother, they just won’t care enough. My first experience here wasn’t good and I tried giving it a second chance and it was just worse. My nails are all crooked because she didn’t file them correctly even after I asked to fix them, they are uneven and have loads of bumps everywhere. Little to no effort was put into the manicure, it was done in a such a hurry and I’ve never had a worse experience… Do not reccomend at all.

I’ve never ever had a worst haircut in my life. I actually feel bad writing such a bad review but my hair is so uneven I’ve never been so embarrassed. The staff was very unfriendly too.
