H&R Block

This office was so professional & kind that we felt right at home. The receptionist got us chairs & sanitize our area, & explained the entire procedure. Our tax representative Sandra Pacheco is the very best tax professional I have ever dealt with the past 65 years. Firstly, she is current & up to date on the tax codes. Secondly, she is very knowledgeable on what is important in our lives as senior citizens. Third, our total experience was two days from start to finish , great service. Fourth, she sincerely cares about her clients. She is a wonderful person, & we wouldn’t go anywhere else to get our taxes done. We have used H&R Bock go about 26 years , & have always had a positive experience!Thank you Sandra & thank you H&R Barrie Office @ Younge Street.

This company was not forthright with their cost of filing per year. They are in fact DOUBLE what I have been paying elsewhere in town. Do your research and ask the cost upfront. There is no need to be paying twice as much for the same service.

Sherry is very thorough and give the time to go over the end results

As someone who dreads getting their taxes done every year it was the first time in a long time I felt comfortable and could breathe. From the amazing young man at the initial desk to Sherry who took care of my taxes, I was extremely pleased and comforted. I can't thank this team enough for their professionalism, but more than that their compassion and understanding at how stressed this can make someone. Truly grateful..I will be back next year hopefully with less anxiety :)

Sherry did my husbands taxes as well as mine. She is excellent. Was quick, accurate and informative. I would recommend her to my family and friends and will definitely go back there next year.

My Taxes were done quick and efficiently. Sherry DesRoche the professional who helped me with my taxes was personable, friendly and gave my usually horrible task into a nice and pleasant one. Defiantly would recommend and will be returning.

Would give zero stars if I could. I brought my taxes in a few days before the deadline knowing I could be late. I was told someone would call me in a couple days. Well 20 days later I am still waiting for ANY type of phone call and instead I will be going to pick up my paperwork and doing my taxes elsewhere. While I was there, a gentleman had a similar issue with it taking too long. DO NOT go here!UPDATE!!! I went back today to pick up my stuff to take somewhere else and they're apparently closed 6 days a week! These guys are ridiculous! I'm screwed on taxes with the government and will have to pay late fees because of them. I hope this place shuts down immediately. Definitely contacting the BBB over this.
