Owen is an excellent massage therapist! His skill set is diverse, and he can adapt to many types of musculoskeletal conditions. His care was so great that I referred my family to him, and everyone had excellent things to say!As a Physiotherapist, I have worked with a lot of therapists and Owen is a top-tier clinician. He also provides great post treatment care — something I really value!My only word of caution is to book in ahead of time. He is easily fully booked!

I saw Genevieve for massage therapy. Genevieve delivered excellent that left me feeling rejuvenated. She managed to get into my problematic sciatic areas like no other practitioner that I have seen in the past. Yes, I recommend her sessions.

I have been a therapist for 10 years and receiving treatment from Owen made me optimistic that there are still excellent treatment focused practioners. Owen has an incredibly sound understanding of how the human body functions, and translates it into an exceptional treatment that optimizes both function and performance. I highly recommend him if your looking to reduce pain , improve function, mobility or performance .

I had the opportunity to be treated by Owen at his previous location. His attention to details, assessment and treatment skills were next level. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach but also very easy to talk too and has a great sense of humour. I am going to have a hard time finding someone to replace this level of care as he moved out of province. Whoever has the chance to be treated by Owen will be in great hands.

Gorgeous space and amazing therapists. I was able to get appointments right away and there are lots of scheduling options. Direct billing to both my insurance providers and most importantly, great massages.
