Quality Inn

I stayed here 3 years ago, and the facility has gone downhill. Very poor water pressure made it difficult to even take a shower. Bar and restaurant attached is a seedy local dive. Not your usual hotel bar at all. The view out my window was the best part of my stay. The town of Arnprior was also very nice.

At front desk staff was friendly, efficient, decent price. However upon going into hallway immediately smells like a dingy, moist basement. My room was the same. We were unable to keep window open at all as it was missing its screen.Out of four of us three woke up with stuffy noses, one person had sore throat as well. When I informed front desk attendant upon check out with this concern nothing was offered to myself. I told the front desk as nice as he was that I was not satisfied with my stay. The only response I got was sorry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also will never go here again.

Terrible. Just drove in a heat wave with a cat, both of us really needing rest and quiet after 18 hours of driving over the past 48 hours: get to the room and there are work men drilling and hammering!Workers then start working at my door, needing my door to remain open, so I'm standing there while my cat is hiding after a really long and grueling trip. I am told it will take 2 minutes... But it kept on. Finally, after a good 5 minutes, I said enough. Indeed, another hotel guest was also upset saying, Hey

This was our first visit to Arnpriors Quality Inn and I have to say it was less than satisfactory. We arrived a little later than check in expecting a clean room but unfortunately it was far from it. Now we rented the king suit with a jacuzzi tub so we had high hopes for the price we paid for two nights. After unpacking our things and having a look around we realized the room was filthy. The jacuzzi was filthy, tables and desk still had food stains and then we looked under the bed... Food, ranch packets and just so much dirt that could have been there for quite awhile. Even the coffee maker was full of dust and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. It was absolutely disgusting. The duvet cover had yellow stains all over it so I was glad we brought our own blankets and pillows as we quickly found out that they put a clean pillow case over a dirty one. As my girlfriend is very OCD she also brought her own cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room including the jacuzzi. We brought it up to the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. Apon our checkout the owner gave us a small amount of the room, and by small amount I'm talking small. But he also offered to give us a deal on our next visit if we ever choose to return. He also assured us he would be talking to the cleaning staff who obviously were not doing their jobs. All and all we may never return but if we do we will be sure to check the room first before hand.
