National Storage & Warehousing was great to work with until they decided to basically double the rent for vehicle storage from $225 + taxes to $399 + taxes per month. Less then 30 days notice was given, 15 days to be exact. As the seasons are changing, this is not an ideal time of year for collector car owners to be moving their vehicles around. The car community is a tight knit group of people, and these business practices will not go unnoticed. National Storage & Warehousing is predatory, and can basically increase your monthly rent to whatever they want, at any time, without limitation. Beware!

Have used storage facilities in the past and I must say that National Self Storage is one of the cleanest and most efficient. Excellent staff especially Kim at the Royal Oak, MI location. She made everything go as smooth as possible given my circumstances and really appreciate her professional attitude and great personality. Thanks again Kim!

The company was great when Bev and John were there, but now it's terrible. The rate to store a car (on a stacked rack thing) almost doubled from $225 (it had been $195) to $400 overnight. This is ridiculous and greedy. Taking my business elsewhere, like a lot of customers have done apparently.
