Garbage service. The branch manager proud to put more prior on his employees first will ask you to leave if you make his employee uncomfortable. Don't complain if they're slow and ask you to bring same documents again.This company should go bankrupt

I have been a client with Servus for decades but there telephone support and in branch service has fallen off a cliff. The last two drafts I got from them were not executes properly causing me loss of both time and money. The telephone support has go e from great (back when you could actually call a branch directly) to poor when they went to a call center to abysmal lately were I often get hung up on or inexplicably bounced to a second call center after going through the first call center.... just Terrible.

I'm really happy with Servus Credit Union service. I never received such a service from any Canadian bank. As an accountant, I have many small business clients who are looking for commercial financing and I suggest them Martin's Kim name. He is very professional and hardworking banker I ever met. He helped my clients and always meet all deadline, even he worked on weekends with me and my client. He will never disappoint me. Highly recommended bank and banker.

I moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago and I’ve been coming to this branch ever since. Every single time I’m thrilled by the customer service experience. People are always smiling and they offer free coffee.I don’t quite understand the bad reviews below.. the branch manager is super sweet. She went above and beyond to help me qualifying for a mortgage.

Nice enough staff I guess. Set an appointment to open a checking account. I mentioned quite clearly and repetitively that I needed checks and the employee decided to go through a list of other payment options. I am infact in sales and if your going to ignore what the potential customer is saying to you and talk like your running through a script it doesn't inspire trust. Sorry it's just a fact.

Here branch manager is crazy and arrogant.Staff made a mistake for my insurance and the branch manager is just non-sense to return back with anger.Servus doesn't manage branch?
