Pro Car and Truck Rental

Biggest scam artists. They are in cahoots with the tow truck drivers who receive a $100 kick back from Pro Car for sending you to them (the two truck driver himself told me this). They will not cooperate with insurance on a rate. In my case they charged an SUV price for a small sedan and would not budge. Pro car told me that they called my insurance numerous times and that the insurance would not agree on a rate with them - when calling my insurance they said they did not receive one call from Pro Car except when the car was initially booked. You are taken advantage of in a vulnerable state by the two truck drivers who send you here to line their own pockets. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the difference as this company would not negotiate the fair proper price for the vehicle I received. I had to deal with numerous headaches calling insurance and Pro Car trying to get this sorted out when it shouldn't have been an issue had I used a reputable car rental company. Read other reviews (which I wish I saw sooner) the rate issue seems to be very common. Go to a legit company like Enterprise instead - I wish I had - I wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket to scammers and been taken advantage of as it looks like many here have! Any positive reviews you see about this company must be fake or written by their friends and family.

I used pro car and truck rental for my first time and I will definitely use them again. They gave me a brand new replacement vehicle while mine was getting repaired. They dealt with my insurance directly I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Absolutely no customer service at all: rude, unprofessional. They were charge my credit card without any notice in two month after the rental car was returned. The tow-track driver was recommended this place. Never ever believe tow-track drivers there is “nothing personal just money”.

Incredible customer service. I contacted David through a referral client (friend of mine) needed a short term rental while I changed over my lease.Ended up with a brand new 2017 Hyundai- great price! Definitely recommend.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I damaged their vehicle in 2018 I reported the incident to the police and my insurance company. My insurance company paid them out on May 15 2019 in the amount of 9460.96 and they made another payment on Nov 11 2019 in the amount of 1860.13. The damage to their vehicle was very minor. Than they preceded to send my name to collections for not paying them an extra 4000 for down time, I called my insurance company and they said that they have to prove it to us and we will pay them for the down time. The biggest crooks out there, not only did they already get paid for the damage, they also want more money and they want it from me. I put a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, my next step is to expose this shady car rental company. In the future I will always go with the known brand companies as they don’t treat their clients like this.

Highly recommended!I want to thank the staff at Pro Rentals for allowing me to extend my rental usage for an additional two days at no cost, when my insurance company suddenly stopped paying for my car rental after determining that my car was a write off with no fair warning.This business concept impressed me and thankful as to how they brought the rental car to my home and saved me the inconvenience of having to travel to a rental car location.

This place is absolutely horrible. I got into car accident on a Saturday, and I went with them since all the other car rentals were fully reserved. Anyways when the guy came to give me the car he had papers and I tried to read everything on the agreement before signing, he kept rushing me because he was blocking other cars in front of where I lived. I did not catch anything that said about early cancellation penalty. I tried to cancel with them because they try to prehold $500 on my credit card, saying nothing will be charged but in the case there were damages or fines or toll fees. Then the lady on the phone tried to threat me saying I would be charged a penalty. I think this is disgusting. People are already stressed from dealing with insurance company they just add on to the stress. Stay away from these people. They are scam artists.

In short: AVOID this place at all cost. If you see their name, run.The person in charge is called David. There's no professionalism or good business practice with this place. They might be affiliated with a towing company that promise will delivery rental to you or put you into a rental at the scene. Please ALWAYS call your insurance company first and don't sign any paper at the scene.Here's my experience:When you first take out the rental they ask you for your credit card which they claim only for Toll and parking tickets". This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. After an accident, towing company called this rental company without my consent and Sasha brought a car to the collision center. They told me it is covered by my insurance while later my insurance could not negotiate a price with them and I was told to return the car. Sasha, the manager as she introduced herself, told me I will be charged $250 for returning the car while it hasn't been even a day. After hours of stressful time and calling, they finally negotiated with the insurance company. So I kept the car. Then after returning the car, they inspected the car and said everything is ok and both the inspector and I signed the agreement. I was told the agreement is finished and I do not need to pay for anything. Later they called me telling me the bumper is damaged and it has been covered up!!! They said they would send me photos and documents ASAP, but I haven't received any yet! I would not trust this rental company and avoid them. I would recommend staying away from this place.

It was relatively smooth dealing with them. I was in an accident and the tow truck guy hooked me up with these guys. In hindsight, I will never let another Tow truck guy give me any advice or refer me to any body shop or car rental company. Tow truck guys are really one last legal scam artists of our time.To begin with, they over charged me on the pre-authorization. I was a bit worried since I saw they charged me 1000 dollars on the day I signed up, even though everything was going to be paid by the insurance company. I gave them a call and they realized that they mistakenly put the 1000 dollars as a charge instead of a pre- authorization". They immediately took care of that and I got my money back in a few days. The amount of pre-authorization is bit too high. The other places only do 200 - 300 dollars pre auth. I suggest they lower it to below 500 or at least let the clients know beforehand. However
