I saw some wood.Love it. I know like EVERY SINGLE STAFF now. We go there whenever we need something. Not to mention the $2 backslash, and the $2 doors (sorry... Only at the Burford yard sale!)Very nice place!

Refused to make paint even though I called an hour before I got there.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would give them a 0 star rating.I have been renovating my home in the area for almost a year, I am almost finished inside and starting outside. Have given this store well over $5000.00 They were very friendly at first, welcomed me to the area, have been served by Ruth and Rochelle and a few other ladies. Today I called at 5pm to ask if they could have 3 gallons of paint ready for me as I would not get there until 5:50. Ruth explained they don't do that and can't take credit card information over the phone, she asked if I knew Rochelle, I said yes ( as I have been served by all of the staff and know all of them to see them), my name wasn't in the system so she put me on the phone with Rochelle, I again explained who I was and what I wanted, she explained the policy and I said I didn't want to get any one in trouble just trying to save them some time when I get there before they close.Rochelle approved the paint mixing. I arrived at ten minutes to 6 went straight to paint counter, waited a few minutes then Ruth walked out, First thing she says so what's my name? ' I wasn't sure if it was Ruth or Rochelle as I'm not friends with them

I experienced the worst customer service. I had been in the store a few times before with no issues. I went into the store the other day and went to the paint area. There was an older woman standing at the desk on a computer. She did not acknowledge I was there. I proceeded to explain to her what I needed (stain for my stairs to match our floors, with samples of each). She looked at me like I had 5 heads and said, “I am putting an order in, our stains are over there”. I guess it’s more important to put an order in than to assist a customer. I have never experienced customer service like this before.

Customers are to stay in their cars when being loaded. I was the only customer in the yard. I stayed in my car. I drove to the gate to tie down the wood sticking our of my trunk 40 ft away.. Some crazy woman employee 40 ft away came out of the store and started yelling at me, stay in your car
