Sterling Windows and Doors

The specialized windows and doors are beautiful, energy efficient, and expensive. But they do break -- our front and back door have both broken-- and it is next to impossible to get the specialized service you need to fix anything. We have not been able to use our front door for over 8 weeks and the repair person keeps cancelling. It is a fire hazard, incredibly inconvenient and the service we have received from Sterling is the WORST.

We had ordered six extremely large sliding doors. Daniel the owner, came personally to our building site to guide the six strong courteous gentlemen into installing these huge pieces of German precision engineered sliding doors into our new home.Personally I can not say enough about their professionalism, their excellent attitudes, workmanship, and self pride.In a heart beat, I would hire this company again.
