Shane made the process of buying a vehicle simple and straightforward. Toyota offered us a fair price for our trade in and we are very happy with our 2019 Highlander.Our review is 4 stars as I believe that it would have been possible to go above and beyond by throwing in the $300 (approx) accessory that we asked to be put on the vehicle. It does not take away from the professionalism and efficiency of the service we received, but we are strong believers in customer satisfaction. Thank you Collingwood Toyota!

This is our second time purchasing a Tacoma from Collingwood Toyota. First time was a used vehicle and this time it was a new vehicle. Every time you visit, everyone is friendly and welcoming. From the greeter to the service department to Ted Rush and Vicki Rose, they make you feel comfortable. Ted and Vicki are very professional, genuine and knowledgeable.We do not hesitate to highly recommend Collingwood Toyota and we will be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

C-HR. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Collingwood Toyota since 2010. I have dealt with Ed Akitt on all 3 vehicles and its been a great experience from the start. He has turned into a friend more than car sales man. I would recommend talking to Ed if you are looking to purchasing a new Toyota. He will not steer you wrong. Everyone at Collingwood Toyota are friendly and great to deal with.

I have been servicing my vehicle here for over 6 years, and they have gone above and beyond to keep the car on the road. After my most recent visit to service, I learned my old SUV needed some major upgrades, so I had a hard decision to make.I traded in my old vehicle, and walked away with a 2020 Tacoma. Shane assisted me in the sale, and he was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful in getting the keys into my hands. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. 10/10 my favourite dealership and I am lucky they are so close to where I live. I have heard stories of people driving 100km+ just to come here!

So far very bad service. Always late. NO POINT booking time. You book it for 8 Am and they will , if lucky, get you in at 930... what a joke.Excuses range from...There was a job ahead of you....There was job sitting there since yesterday...We don't have employees...Best one... like Hospital they Triage first... and send your car accordingly.. as rest of the cars going to die first... :)Why they book more jobs if they dont have the capability?Not Happy at all.

Sales Manager explained everything i needed to know about my vehicle and i left confidently. I have had my SUV serviced at Collingwood Toyota for 7 years. I recognize that a dealership may be a touch more expensive, but I am more interested in having repairs done right the first time, and I have that confidence with Collingwood Toyota. I just purchased a new SUV from them and was impressed with the level of service from all staff. It is apparent that they recognize that the customer having trust in the dealership is critical to their success.

I am now onto vehicle number three with Collingwood Toyota. My sales rep Ted Rush (20 years experience) is fantastic and the entire team, especially the service department, have been great to deal with treating me like a client and not a customer (and there is a difference).
