Visited this charming store today and I can highly recommend this store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great fabric selection.

Great service and quality fabrics, technicians have done prompt, excellent tune-ups on my machines as well. Always has some neat prints and quilting ideas out. Is a janome retailer.

Refused to fix a part on my machine, said it wasn't worth it". A $50 part. They turned down a paying customer. Horrible attitude. Go somewhere else

Wonderful staff and a great selection of fabrics. They have a bunch of beautiful bright colored fabrics and a selection of sewing machines too.

Nothing like losing a possible 50 year customer from incompetence and arrogance. I definitely didnt get the friendly staff everyone else speaks of.

Rude and dismissive. Even after I called before coming here. Feel it was probably racism. Won't be supporting this business. I checked my phone call history and am 100% sure I was told to come here in person. My phone history shows it was the last place I called. So I am pretty sure they sent me away because I am Indigenous.

I love this store. The staff are an absolute delight. Every month there seems to be a wide array of really interesting fabrics for the modern or traditional quilter or those who are in to fabric art. I encourage you to visit this store!

Amazing store with so much selection. The ladies there were super knowledgeable and friendly! I went in with no idea what I was doing or wanting. The lady asked me what I was looking for and provided really good feedback and advice. She even showed me how to thread the needle and fill up the bobbin. She was absolutely amazing, and I wish I caught her name.If you are looking for advice or any sewing needs, please make this your first stop! As well, if you are buying a sewing machine and are inexperienced like me, they offer free lessons for as long as you own the machine you buy from them!! Appointment based of course, but such a wonderful service!I got a sewing machine, thread, scissors and a gift bag for $410! So happy! I can't wait to try it out and get making things!!Thank you!!!
