Absolutely terrible. Wasted my time witht this company thinking they were reliable, I was very wrong!!Left 3 voicemails at the designated waiting area for my ride to which nobody even called me back !!!What a joke!!!Spend less on an Uber trust me it's worth it!!

DO NOT USE ! there are other services around go online, had an experience with the older guy seemed like didn’t want to do his job. Well best of luck keeping it for long.

Very impressed with Simcoe County Airport Service. The shuttle showed up on time, driver was super friendly and the vehicle was spotless clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer. 10/10

Return trip was safely done both ways. I am a bad passenger, would rather drive myself and be in control, but both ways I was relaxed. No issues what so ever. Booked with them again.

We have tried resolving our issues with the office and they refused to call…thinking we will just go away.After a nice vacation…we were hoping for a nice ride back home. Upon departure from the airport the driver instantly was speeding and taking corners way too fast. Going into one of the turns the bench seat I was sitting on launched up on a 45 degree angle resulting in me smashing my elbow agains the interior wall to stop it going any further. We consulted the driver…he continued to drive until the next pickup location when he had multiple locations he could have pulled over. After I got out of the vehicle there was no apology…just Tomas the driver stating it was the owner that installed the seat.once the seat was secured the trip was not any better. Constant speeding in the van…constantly looking at his phone in the cup holder for directions. Stopping for fuel…again blaming the previous driver for not filling up. If you enjoy being a piece of baggage dangerously taken to and from the airport . This service is for you.

I spoke with Sherry on the phone to book a last minute shuttle to Borden after touching down in Toronto for 3 of us, though we had a lack of organization on our part they managed to get us and our gratuitous amounts of stuff on a shuttle within 20 minutes. Our driver whose name I cannot remember was extremely accommodating and polite, and was willing to work with us to fit all our things even though the quantity (we are living here for 4 months out of our luggage) was well above the norm. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am so very grateful to Rick and Ethan of Simcoe County Airport Service for facilitating the safe and intact return of my purse which I left on a chair in terminal 3 at Pearson.After approximately 2 hours, I realised that my purse was missing. I then called Simcoe Airport Service to report it and without hesitation, Rick offered to have his driver search the area of the terminal where I had arrived. Fortunately he located it, still in the same spot where I had left it, and delivered my purse to my front door THAT NIGHT! No charge!!Thank you for confirming my faith in humanity.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Not even 1 minute into the ride around the airport to pick up two more passengers, my husband’s entire bench seat flew upwards, to the right side on a 45 degree angle because it was unsecured. He smashed his right elbow off the window as a result. We alerted the driver immediately. Driver did not stop right away. He stopped a few minutes later to pick up mor passengers. He then blamed this on the owner and offered no apology. My husband’s arm is not broken, thankfully, but he has some pain from the impact.Our driver was also exceeding the speed limit for much of our trip and looking at his phone way too much. He then stopped for gas off (out of the way of any stops) to refuel and blamed the previous driver for not fuelling properly. If he wasn’t driving so fast, he might have had enough fuel to finish the trip and refuel elsewhere!Emailed company with these complaints and safety issues - I was promised owner would reach out to me and over a week has gone by with no response!We will not be using these services ever again!!! This is not exaggerated, it was unfortunately how our night went!

I used their service twice, and twice the drivers have been the most genuine and nice people. Also they promptly returned my phone calls and emails when I checked with them the day before my flights. On my return drive I got Shane and he's one of the best, period. I couldn't figure out the airport but Shane kindly let me know to go down the escalators to the GROUND floor at Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, exit door P. Very specific because drivers have designated areas in order to mitigate chaos. Nice company to get rides from, would recommend.

The service is ok. The shuttles are horrible. Extremely filthy and horrible smell of cigarettes. Horrible, horrible I felt like throwing up all the way home from Pearson to Barrie. I would not recommended.
