We are an out of town company with commercial buildings in their area. They are a 5 star service company that takes care of any of our needs. They have Remodelled units, built to suit for tenants. They have taken care of emergency call outs, floods and water main breaks. They have the capabilities to design build and maintain. A real one stop shop

Gain Restoration
Poor installation of our new AC caused it fail after 14 months (did not work the second summer). Even though it was obvious the unit was non-functional under the 12 month labour warranty period, they charged $200 to repair it.

Mark did an awful job replacing 4 tiles and caulking (none) around the new faucet. Hot water and cold are reversed.They also broke my drain pipe installing the bracket too tightly.Worst company ever. They smoke like its fresh air. Stinks.
