Laurus Summer Camp Brossard

Don’t send your kids to this summer camp. They’re not going to make the best out of their time. Find a better place to send them. Resources are mismanaged and managing staff is incompetent at best.

I would not suggest this camp to any parent. My kids begged me not to go back after the first day. The camp is run by a lot of students, I barely saw any adults. Kids do what they want when they want as there is no structure. Their lunch program is not organized, everything stated on the website is not actually true. I regret sending my kids there last year and will def not ever return them there.

I have worked for Laurus Summer Camp for quite sometime now. The management has always been kind and respectful towards me. I have learned many new skills, and gotten to know the kind and respectful family they have built over the years :)

Would give this place a negative rating if I could. Do NOT send your children here. A group of parents had some really REALLY bad experiences this summer. Just a few highlights - Camp director is a liar / children not given meals that were paid for by parents / Larus admin is dishonest about what goes on at the camp / children are badly hurt (broken glass due to light fixture falling on the ground!) Camp is filthy & unsafe. Cannot stress this enough, do NOT send your children to this place. Owners of Laurus were well aware of all complaints as parents were very vocal. They did nothing & refused to refund parents who wanted to take children out of the camp. Parents were forced to leave money behind & take children out for safety.
