First consultation was booked for 1.15pm. The consultation didn’t start until 2pm, meaning that we were simply waiting in silence for 45 min. No one apologized, no one called to inform us that the doctor was running late. Disrespect towards your clients’ time - one of the worst things you can allow your business to have.

just unprofessional...the staff were on the ball and very polite..doctor never got to meet cause of being so backed up and late..waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and still no doctor. I had too leave cause of other appointment I had to be at other wise probably would have waited over an hour to talk to dr cole..I will not be returning to this office or this doctor..

I've been going to the Cole Clinic for years for laser hair treatments. The Cole Clinic, ( Aline and Jackie ) are wonderful! They make you very comfortable. They are honest and friendly ladies. I would highly recommend them and the quality of the clinic is exceptional!

I called the clinic to book an appointment for hair transplant. They made me an appointment, then they cancelled and re-booked me for another appointment for another month then they called me again to change the appointment date, and today they called again for the third time to change my appointment.Waste of time, no respect for people's time at all.Their excuse is doctor's schedule has changed""

The Cole clinic is a clean and welcoming environment. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. I have had great success with my laser treatments and would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the options of laser hair removal (they offer many other services as well).
