Radiologie St-Martin & Bois-de-Boulogne

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE!!!A person came to the clinic on March 16 between 9am - 11am to get a medical examination done for their immigration papers. While going to the radiology department to get his x ray done, he was faced with the most horrible woman at reception!! This woman refused to speak English and continued speaking in French while the man repeatedly told her he couldn’t understand her. He kept apologizing and asking the woman to speak in English only for her to finally YELL OUT “NAME and ADDRESS”. The entire clinic went silent due to her outburst. This older woman was clearly unhappy with her job and clearly needs a change. The medical exam was paid out of pocket and it was not cheap. The least a person in customer service can do is be respectful and understand peoples situation. She is working in a clinic where she is faced with many people that may not speak the French language. Why even hire someone that cannot speak both languages given the clientele they would be serving ??I can only imagine the amount of time she’s done this towards other people that do not speak the French language.It is sad that people like her still exist in this day and age.Be better people !! We all deserve respect no matter the language we speak!I hope the clinic takes disciplinary actions against her because this is not OK

Was fast. Exelent service. And the next day my doctor called me to say that the rayx say that i have neumonia.

2 hours wait. They allow people that have arrived after you to be seen first ( in my case x4) I have severe asthma and when I asked why that was the 2 desk ladies were extremely rude and arrogant. Will NEVER go here again

*AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS*I was referred a private MRI for my left shoulder and given the incorrect procedure despite asking the technicians multiple times that a contrast injection would be needed for the MRI to be effective. I was told it was not the appropriate procedure only to find out by the orthopaedic surgeon that in fact I would need the injection for the MRI to be read correctly. The doctor who referred me to this clinic is also to blame as I specifically asked him as well that a contrast injection would be needed, he brushed me off saying “Totally not necessary”I asked the clinic if another MRI could be done free of charge seeing as I paid through my insurance and would have to pay yet again for an easily avoidable error on their part.Not only was I responded by being cutoff on the phone mid sentence and spoken to as if I was incompetent, I was asked to go public and wait, or, deal with it until January when my insurance resets.A warning for anyone seeking medical treatment at this clinic, be very weary and ultimately go elsewhere.

I’ve been waiting over 8 days for my X-ray results and they cannot even give me a timeline for when it will be ready. Unacceptable, especially since I might have a broken bone in my foot and need treatment.

Called for an appointment and was given one right away since they had a cancellation. Free parking, no real wait time, nice tech for pelvic ultrasound, they added the endo to be thorough, dr was efficient, in and out. Careful about covid as well. Perfect!!!!!!!!! (St-Martin location)

Excellent doctor very caring and considerate.He make sure to verify that all your health problems are addressed.Too bad your retiring you will be missed.thank you for taking care of me. Wish you a great retirement.
