Fabulous - our daughter absolutely loves attending school here. The teachers are amazing, and truly care for the children. MTPTG epitomizes everything we would ever want in a school – enriching environment, teachers who truly love to teach, and children who love attending!

The director of this school (Melissa) made our experience here an absolute nightmare. We were forced to leave due to her absolute disrespect and poor treatment of us as parents. She never once followed the provincial protocols for COVID-19, but rather found any and all reasons to refuse our child admission while also overcharging us for services we never used. There was a month our child didn't attend at all due to one symptom common in toddlers. Our child never once had covid, so all her hysteria was unfounded. She also demands parents wear masks outside during pick up which is absolute nonsense from a science perspective, as it's been proven that transmission is incredibly low outdoors, nor can she actually enforce such a rule. I was never once allowed into the school to visit my child either. I would warn any parent in Chatham to think long and hard whether you want to deal with this director. Also, she demanded two months of full tuition to leave her school, even with giving 30 days sufficient notice, this is a ridiculous policy. Who can afford to pay two daycare fees at once? New spots come up fast so there's no way to not leave early. Also, what kind of school requires a non disclosure policy? Clearly one where the director doesn't want people to know how incredibly rude and inept she is. Any concerns we had went ignored and many emails never responded to, which is also a breach of her own contract. She had absolutely no common sense or discretion at all, she even kicked my child out of school while I was in the hospital having my baby because she was car sick. The provincial guidelines clearly state 48 hrs for vomiting with no other symptoms and when we complained she just dug her heels in further, and sent us a threatening email making us feel like we were criminals. So, while I was having my baby I didn't have child care. She didn't care about how this impacted my family. She loved taking my money though!!! I had to stop talking to her entirely for over a year due to the stress of dealing with her while pregnant. It's a shame because the teachers there are very good, but I would tell any parent to STEER CLEAR. It is NOT worth the headache and there are plenty of other schools with much more reasonable directors who follow the proper rules relating to illness.

We were so excited for our daughter to attend here… unfortunately the director of the school and their horrible choices of behaviour during the pandemic made this is a nightmare. Their two month full payment policy upon canceling is ridiculous, especially when they stopped offering services they said they would do, WITHOUT any communication that they would stop. Suddenly photos stopped being uploaded to the parent app, naps were no longer recorded - I actually thought my daughter stopped taking naps. Nope, they just stopped recording them, without advising of the same. They would detail what they ate the first month or so (important when dealing with special diets) and then suddenly it was enough to say “ate some”.Would love to get a Waldorf style school opened in town if anyone wants to work together on this :)
