Had a very upsetting experience exchanging a Kobo that came with a little scratch on it- the employee (Shar B) couldn't see the scratch right away and just said all I see is fingerprints". Then in a very demeaning way consulted another employee saying "this lady claims there's a scratch on it- I don't see anything". I explained to her that I wouldn't take the time with a toddler to come in if there was no scratch. Thankfully he was understanding and knew that I was well within my warranty to exchange. So she proceeded to do the exchange

Thank you so so much to the lovely people working in the electronics/tech department!! I need my phone for work and it's been really stressful having an iPhone with an intermittently unresponsive screen. When I came in, the staff in electronics was super friendly and helped me find the Apple repairs person (Frank) right away. I really appreciate how Frank explained how he was troubleshooting my phone, what to look out for and how he kept me in the loop the entire time. I felt like he genuinely listened to me when I raised any concerns, and he answered my questions thoughtfully and patiently.Also, Frank has a sick mustache and reminds me of a fourth, secret McElroy brother so if you need help with tech repairs he's definitely your guy.

Just want to thank Frank the computer tech, he did everything he could to fix my laptop and it saved me a lot of money. It was really awesome and I was real grateful. The customer service at this place is really really good too as a whole, thanks Frank!

Customer Service with a smile / and explaining procedure to replace glass in my I Phone. Jeremy was a very nice person to deal with has helped me on a previous occasion. Very professional and they are a Apple authorized dealer. In a time where Customer Service has all but disappeared it’s nice to see a employee who takes pride and a personal touch which makes a painful experience less painful. THANKS TO JEREMY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I took my iPad in for a broken charging port. Jeremy and his coworkers were able to fix it for me in 5 minutes for $30. Friendly, knowledgeable and bang on customer service. I highly recommend this store and the tech division there.

I received exceptional service at the Campbell River London Drugs. Rod in the electronics department was very helpful when it came to picking out a printer. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I also upgraded my cell phone and Callus was so patient - he explained all the different options, was knowledgable and friendly. Shar also helped my husband with his upgrade and again was smiling, friendly and professional. London Drugs will continue to be my go to" store. When I am in the electronics department I always get asked if I need any help

I'm impressed. They had organic feminine products that before I've had to order online but here I even had choices. Prices are decent. The lady in cosmetics was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. Plus this London Drugs has been steadily decreasing their waste. They've gone down to 1 pickup every 14 weeks (please correct me if I wrong here). I'll get all my products here. I love a company that has sustainable and safe products, happy staff, and ethical business practices.
