Julia is the expert who investigates and corrects pain and discomfort in your feet and lower limbs. She has solved the problem that caused me pain when standing or walking, with exercises and orthotics that are made in-house. Her extensive knowledge and great service are making a complete difference for me.

My first experience getting orthotics made and I can’t believe the difference. Julia was knowledgeable and thorough in my assessment and custom made my orthotics right at her space. The quality and fit of the orthotics is excellent, and has significantly reduced the arch pain I was experiencing while running. Would highly recommend her services and products!

Great Customer Service!! I have been to a couple orthotic places and most of the time it’s was about pushing their product instead of getting to the root cause of my issue. I was impressed by the examination and the detailed info given back to what was going on and what is the best way to treat the pain on bottom of my feet. Julia is patient and really detailed ... thank you!!

I am so happy with my On The Ball Orthotics! Julia was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. My custom orthotics have significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing while running and I will be returning for a second pair! I'm I would highly recommend Julia!

A great experience with Julia at On the Ball Orthotics! She takes the time to evaluate your individual issues and gives you exercises as well as personally manufacturing your orthotics in house. If you want to be more comfortable, you should go and see her.

Julia at On the Ball Orthotics is fantastic! I suffer from chronic pain, and I thought I'd give orthotics a try. I'm so glad that I came here. The experience, right from the assessment to the follow-up, was wonderful. Julia is very knowledgeable in her field and she really helped me out. I wear my orthotics every single day, and my hip pain has decreased. My condition will never go away completely but every little bit helps! I also got over-the-counter orthotics for my 10 year old son and he loves them!

I was very happy with the service and honesty that I received. I was not pressured to do a full orthotic. Julia was excellent to establish a proper fit & I came away with confidence.. I no longer have aching hips or feet. Always have one set for your slippers & 2-3 other sets for your regular shoes. Economically Julia saved me a great deal of money! Julia is fantastic! I've had many pairs of orthotics and hers are by far the best fit. She is extremely thorough and creates her orthotics in house, this also means and extremely quick turn around. Excellent fitting, excellent service and so much more supportive than my previous pairs. I can't recommend On the Ball Orthotics enough, a must!
