Obviously a lot of people grew some frustration after Daniel highlighted their own contradictions or inconsistencies in their complaints against landlord or tenant.Indeed, based on the activity on the Facebook group on which he spends a lot if time helping people for free, many people do complain about their landlord or tenant for ridiculously pointless reasons. In such cases Daniel tends to reply pretty directly and frankly, which some may dislike if that means facing the truth rather than having the answer they want to hear to support their opinion"."

Daniel is an attorney that knows very well what he is doing and he helped me a lot with an issue I had with my building. He guided me and communicated with them on my behalf, I'm grateful of the help he brought me and his knowledge. He is direct and goes straight to the point, if you want someone that will do the best in your interest and tells you when you are wrong.

Worst lawyer you will every find, that explains why he goes around to pouch cases, good layers dont need to do that.He gave me long story and when it came to court he tells the judge he has nothing to add, i was shocked, I ask the judge to give me a chance to find a new lawyer, when i got back to court the next time with new lawyer i won the case in less then 10 minutes. DONT USE HIM

Before rating a person, you should have required services from him. Beware of those being asked to bring down others to raise themselves up.If you observe, reviews are 1 or 5 stars; barely none in between, but read between the lines...Daniel is straight forward, which doesn’t please everybody. If you want the truth, with him, you’ll have it. If it’s not what you wish to hear, you’ll give one star. If he helps you, you’ll give 5. He has won more than 650 cases at the TAL, which speak for themselves.I have entire confidence in him to represent me, ANYTIME. Keep doing your good work.

Big disappointment! No justice. All the proof, pictures, documents, bills, text messages, analasis report, and a big zero! I lost my whole walk in because of neglected, and refusal to fix the roof, just for starters, paid my rent,, after 2 years thinking I had rights and a lawyer who had my best interest..... Big Zero!!
