One of the busiest Dollarama's I have visited. Similar experience to the others because they are all laid out pretty much the same. Well stocked store. Very good selection of discount pricing.Loads of parking.

There is no dollarama at this location. There is one 3 mins drive north/east, but it's small and employees were standing around talking and laughing while watching 1 person cashed out a huge line.

The customer service is not great.There are 4 machines but only one staff trying to manage the crowd at the billings station(not her fault she was trying her best). There was a big line up and people were getting agitated. Should consider the option of self service billing like many dollarama locations if they don't want to hire staff. It is fast and saves time too.

Non essential items are not marked properly. I wanted to buy something I thought was essential but the cashier refused to sell it and was rude. I understand it is not her decision what to sell but she could be kind in the process, especially because I was very understanding. In some other stores with self checkout it is possible to get even non essential items.

They lack accessibility within the store, with boxes and carts blocking aisles to the point my manual wheelchair or mobility scooter can’t even get down the aisle so I miss out on half of the products. It’s a good way to lose business.

Aside from some colour selection being unavailable this location was an excellent visit, well lit, plenty of seasonal stock and options for the rest of the year, friendly staff and well laid out.
