Ryan and his crew are amazing! Very obvious that they love dogs! The environment is very clean and well managed. Ryan is extremely responsive. They keep both the human and the canine customers very happy!

Ryan and his team are fantastic. He has been there to help us care for our dogs for over 5 years now including helping us bring our beagle Maggie to be part of our wedding without us having to worry about it with so many other things going on. I would recommend canine crew service to anyone!

The service we have received from Canine Crew has been fantastic. We engaged Ryan to assist us with a surrendered Great Dane who has guarding and reactivity issues. Through patience and practice Ryan has become good friends with our pup. We receive great communication from daily visits and are very pleased with the support we've had while helping the dane improve his social manners.

I have nothing but VERY POSITIVE things to say about Canine Crew Co! We've been going there for a couple months now and have full respect for the crew (Ryan and Hailey) and how well they run this cute little doggy daycare. Ryan, Hailey and the team are amazing. I started bringing my puppy here to socialize her and let her burn off some energy. I love that all the dogs play together, despite size or age, it is allowing my puppy to be an amazingly social and friendly dog when it’s difficult to do that during Covid. As soon as I pull up and phone Ryan to say I’m there, my puppy immediately wakes up and is so excited! She knows she’s at daycare and can’t get in fast enough!! Seeing her wag her tail and walk in with Ryan so excited and happy makes me feel awesome about the decision to bring her here.

We've been using Canine Crew since we got our puppy at 8 weeks old back in August! Ryan is so accommodating and great to work with. Our dog absolutely loves Heidi (our walker) and Ryan too. Thanks so much for everything you guys do for us and Penny! Would highly recommend using their services :)

I have 4 pups and they all absolutely love going to Canine Crew. The best part is how exhausted they are when they get home (and the day after as well!) Great staff who care about the dogs and the location is so convenient as well.

My dog is strange around new people. Never aggressive, but very aloof and can be nervous. Hailey, one of the girls who works there, is definitely Louie's favourite. She can always easily convince him to go in and hes comfortable with her!Louie always comes home happy and tired and I love to send him there as I think its good socialization for him. Definitely recommend Canine Crew for anyone looking for a daycare for their pup(s)

Ryan and the rest of the crew are fantastic. They walk my bullmastiff and Great Dane, and I’ve also dropped my Dane off at doggy daycare. They’re reliable and have great communication. I can’t recommend them enough!

DO NOT SEND YOUR PUPPY HERE> YOUR DOG's life is at risk under their LACK OF supervision.We have a 4 month shepherd that we would take here to socialize with other dogs. We have taken him a total of 4 times. The most recent time going to the facility was our last. They risked our puppy's life and he could have been seriously injured.Thankfully there was no internal bleeding however there was tons of swelling in his system and he was extremely and uncomfortable for a few days.When we confronted the ownership - no one had any idea which means they were not supervising him and he was sitting in their playground eating pebbles for a very long time.Their social media shows pebbles and the play area which is filled with pebbles identical to those that he threw up and seen in his diarrhea.Our puppy was under their supervision for 3 hours a previous week on Wednesday and when he came home that night we noticed he was unwell and lethargic. Overnight he had thrown up and done diarrhea over over 10 hours and was discharging almost 200 pebbles.Our lawyer sent a demand notice over to this facility to ask for an explanation with precautionary measures to ensure this does not happen again but there has been no response. We also called and they wanted to discuss with their team internally and call back but we have not received a response to date and it has been almost two weeks since the incident. The owner Ryan admitted that these rocks were at their facility. They have not even offered to pay for the expenses of treating our dog or diagnosing the damagesI suggest all dog owners do their due diligence before sending their pups or request footage of the care being provided for their puppies.
