Beautiful product and great service from ordering, execution and setup. It was the perfect addition to a 40th birthday event we hosted at Arlington Hotel/River's Edge in Paris.

Steven was great setting up the floral backdrop, calling a few days in advance to confirm details in addition to texting. Set up was on time. Steven was helpful providing Velcro for our DIY lettering to put on the back drop and for final check ensuring no empty spots were visible. The floral wall photographs beautifully !

I recently ordered a marquee table and was very disappointed to see how worn out and dirty the letters were upon delivery to me. I had to literally scrub them for an hour to get them looking presentable, but wasn’t able to use them for the purpose of a table. The plexiglass was in terrible condition, and one side had 2 holes in it. I was charged $380 and it definitely was not worth that. Worse, they didn’t even respond when I tried calling to rectify it. I tried calling the company, and have emailed them several times with no response in days. Would NOT suggest using this company. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, but now that there is an issue they’re nowhere to be found. Very disappointing.

Everyone in our Christmas party loved the Marquee letterings! It gave a vibrant vibe to our venue. Service is also A++ with Joy & Zander. The letters arrived earlier than scheduled and pick up was on time. No panic/waiting time for the organizers because of the promptness.
