Shop owner is truly a nice guy when I first started smoking he showed me the best quality stuff he could’ve made me buy the name brand grinder and stuff but told me what to look for in smoking equipment this is my go to store now after 5 years of shopping here

45+ years of experience. This is a one stop shop. He knows everything. He'll tell you the bong is no good. He's a very honest guy. I will continue to do business with him as he knows pretty much everything to do with bongs.

Searched every head shop in the city searching for a very specific bong. I wanted one with a dragon on it. They didn't have one in stock the day I went in but the owner mentioned that he had one in storage that he thought matched what I wanted. I returned the next day to look at what he had. Not only did they have a REALLY lovely dragon bong, it was glow in the dark! big thick glass. I fell in love with it on sight and he gave me a decent deal. I am very thankful for the owner's product knowledge.ALSO the only head shop in Guelph where you can purchase a replacement metal pipecleaner for a one-hitter. Reliable shop.

Never open on time!!! The sign on the door says open at 1:00pm; I have come at 1:30pm-2:00pm....still never open on time. My long time customer patronage will be appreciated elsewhere. Done with this place. Too bad, their prices are reasonable.

Great shop, I always find great bongs here. The best bongs I've ever had I got from Culture Shock. The owner is great and friendly. Sadly I am no longer a customer as I no longer live within walking distance, the past year I have gone 8 times but can never find a parking spot close enough so I've stopped bothering to go there. I highly suggest this place if your only within walking distance besides that your better off just ordering online cause you'll waste too much driving around looking for a parking spot :(....

FALSE ADVERTISING- just bought a piece from here, it said 7mm the guy working sold me on it, a week later the beaker broke when i put it down the table... glass was literally 3mm. this place is just as good as any convenience store glass
