Amazing amazing amazingAs wedding planners we have done 2 events with the new management. Our clients were extremely happy. Our last event was June 3rd there. They had so many more staff on the floor compared to other venues we been too.South Asians wedding Is all about food, my staff are always near buffet line to make sure. Within 1 hour we decided to move away as we noticed the venue kept refilling food as it goes halfway which is rare. They were able to service 460 guests within an hour. Food stayed warm and around for longer after.Venue now looks amazing with the new reno.Thank you vishi and team for making our life easy by taking care of our client and their families.

My women's group, Beta Sigma Phi, held our Founders Day event in one of their spacious banquet halls. The food came hot, the chicken was very tasty and I highly recommend the ice cream crapes for dessert. I found the staff friendly and always ready to help. I would book this venue for future events.

The food served was good. The servers were effective and efficient. The hall was suitable for the event. The men's bathroom could use a good cleaning (overwhelming smell of urine) and a leaking ceiling needs to be repaired.Lots of parking.

My sister had her wedding at Oakville legacy on July 9th 2023. We hosted approx 300 people. Ania, Vishy, Patrick and the rest of the staff were a dream to work with.So professional and everything was in order and on time. The hall was clean, organized and well lit.They were happy to make any last minute changes which I request for the seating aswell which I’m so greatful for.Our guests loved the venue too. Appetizers and desert were a hit! Some guests would’ve loved more spice in the food but that’s a personal preference for each person.We are so happy we booked this hall for my sister’s wedding and will definitely be returning for more family events in the future!

Le Dome provided a beautiful venue with excellent service with delicious food for decades. Under new ownership, the aptly named Oakville Legacy continues to provide a beautiful venue, high levels of service with delicious food.As a charitable organization we had limited funds after the pandemic. The new owners worked with our budget to provide good food that was plentiful and a beautifully presented room to set the atmosphere for a successful evening.Appetizers were served as we mingled during the cocktail hour. Service was excellent. There were plenty of appetizers for everyone and the servers circulated around the room throughout the cocktail hour. Dinner was very good with more than enough food for those who wanted second and third plates.House wine was enjoyable.With the help of the staff and owners who worked with the silent auction company and our band alongside our volunteers, our event was a success! A great time was had by all!We are so thankful to Robin from Le Dome who followed up on what was thought to be a lost deposit in the transition of ownership. She read my initial review and set out to investigate what happened to our deposit (the original event was booked for 2020, however the pandemic made it impossible to proceed). She discovered that the deposit had been issued to a different branch of the charitable organization that we also fundraise for. She has informed us that the refund of the deposit will be correctly issued to our branch. Robin, thank you for going above and beyond. For me it was the staff! Anya, Helayna, (I hope I am spelling their names right - manager and bartender) and all the service staff! So awesome and so friendly. Highly recommend this place because of the people!

We had a fantastic wedding experience at Oakville Legacy Banquet Hall! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Ania deserves a special mention for being so kind and amazing. She truly made our day memorable.The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and a spacious layout. The attention to detail was impressive, and our guests were in awe of the atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional.The only downside was that they referred us to a third-party DJ company that didn't meet our expectations. However, despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at Oakville Legacy Banquet Hall was wonderful.We highly recommend Oakville Legacy Banquet Hall for anyone seeking a fantastic wedding venue. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Very cooperative . The food was amazing and had people talking about it days after the event. The planning was so simple with vishi's support . I will definitely go back there for any event needs. It is one of the most beautiful and newly renovated venues I have seen.Amazing service and staff......
