worst experience in a few visits I had.I tried on 7 items from their %50 off sale section and wanted to take 3. At the cash, they said all 3 were full price and that they were misplaced. Can you imagine???!! how deceitful is that???!?!! wasted 1 hour to pick the items and try them on. stay away from this store.

Ask if they had anymore sizes but not a single employee checked the back. Asked multiple different ones and was refused adequate service.

every time I come to shop at the store the service is TERRIBLE. i continue to return because I prefer to try on clothes in person, but I am almost swayed to just boycott the store completely. the staff are always dismissive and rude. I went to try on clothes, there were 2 change room attendants, they both look at me and turned around. didn't even give me the time of day. I rang the button to say I wanted a changeroom... nothing. Just chatting away. It took a manger to pass for them to get me a changeroom and when they did the guy who was working was incredibly passive aggressive. I loved these shorts I tried on but wanted to compare with a smaller size. I rang the bell asking for assistance. 10 minutes went by. No one came to help. I finally open the door and try to flag someone down. They ignore me until I finally had to speak up and approach someone. The lady did not seem happy she had to do her job and grab me a new size. I waited 10 + more minutes for the size. I finally opened the door and said I was still waiting for the size. She goes oh yeah I'll get to it" HUH???? I've been waiting for ages at this point and I was ready to just go get the shorts myself. Finally a different girl brings me the shorts only to realize ITS THE WRONG SHORTS. I wasted so much time in the changeroom when i should've just left but HONESTLY what is the deal with these employees?? I am always treated dismissively here. I do NOT recommend this location at all."

I love this store so much. The people who work there are very nice. My heart goes out to them for having to deal with so many in store returns for items purchased online. The clearance section is the back is pure chaos but I can’t even blame them. I wish they carried more of the curve love line in store

Store is messy. Employees at cash are very slow. Waited almost 20 minutes to be cashed out.

Where have all the tshirts gone? I like the brand but could not find anything to buy durüng my visit. May be the selections that reach Toronto are not so exciting

I had a great customer service experience with Emily (store manager) and Madeline (associate). I purchased an item that was defective and they were very gracious and understanding about allowing me to return on store credit. Super appreciate their professionalism and patience. Thank you! Will swiveling be shipping here again knowing that they have a reasonable return policy and great looking clothing.

it is such a disappointing experience ever at Abercrombie and Fitch, I entered the store at 6:30 when the mall is closing at 7. I was trying to try on some clothes and just see this closed sign in front of the entrance of the fitting room. So I ask the stuff in the fitting room can I trial some clothes and they said sorry the fitting room is close because the mall is closing at 7. I said but it’s not even seven yet what’s the point of shopping when I cannot even try on my clothes. but they still insist to not have me try on the clothes. this is absolutely unacceptable in a retail business. I have come here one month ago and I arrived near closing time the fitting room was still opened.they just want to go home on time so they close to fitting room earlier. I hope the management can do something about it.

Good collection but very small checkout. Only 2 people max. Always have to stand in long queues. Improve your checkout efficiency.

It’s insane how many buyers leave the store because of the cash line … so silly of a business model
