Thanks Adventure 365 for fitting me in last minute for parts and servicing prior to my race. Great friendly staff and exceptional service. The mountain bike ran smoothly and turns out I got first place overall in the duathlon. Great all round bike shop! Thanks again!

Probably a fine store to buy items but if you care about your beloved Mountain Bike like I do and like things done to the highest standard on your $4000+ bike like it deserves I suggest you find somewhere else to have repairs done or do them yourself as I will be from now on.My problems here ranged from the mechanic forgetting to replace protective caps all around the bike to completely stripping bolts round without notifying me and finally having my rear wheel loosen significantly on the first ride.Ill be checking my own torque before rides from now on even if it just came from the shop.The shop did offer to drill out the stripped bolt and replace it but I removed it myself as I did not trust them to drill out a bolt on my carbon frame (I ended up using a 16$ screw extractor kit from amazon which they should have had in the shop). I went back to the shop to retrieve a replacement bolt and to add insult to injury they gave me a bolt with a phillips head. (Anyone who works on their own bike will realize how much of a problem it is to add an entirely new tool to the list needed to tear down a bike trailside, there is not one single other bolt on most modern bikes that is a phillips head).They even said this phillips head bolt was better than the one they destroyed because it was a stronger material.Regardless of what response this review gets from the store I did not leave satisfied even after they tried to fix their own mistakes.Professional bike shops should not be cutting corners or neglecting to mention mistakes/damage when it comes to $4000+ bikes expecting that the owner wont notice or care.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This store is higher end, when compared to other sporting goods shops. They offer ski waxing and sharpening. I would highly suggest going to this store before going to any big box stores or franchises. I was able to find ski equipment here, that I couldn't find anywhere else in town (and it was cheaper than Amazon)I would absolutely refer anyone who is looking for any ski equipment here.

Very shocked by the experience at this store, went in and was serviced by the owner of the company, spent 1 hr discussing and explaining requirements, this individual named Melissa, totally sold me the incorrect cross country ski package for 800.00. I used the package for 1/2 hr and was not happy with performance. After phone conversation, this packaged cost 800.00 was willing to take a 400.00 charge for using them for 1/2hr and was willing to purchase another higher end ski package, but was told by Melissa that was not going to happen. Not sure but seemed like a win win for this company, would have made 400 plus could have resold the 1/2 hr used package and I was willing to purchase another package probably over 1000.00. Interesting. Please other consumers make your choice prior to visiting this place.

Went in today to purchase a complete downhill ski setup. What a great experience. Derek took the time to explain all aspects of the custom sizing and ensure I would purchase gear that I was comfortable in. Left the store completely satisfied with my purchases. If you’re looking for a great place with knowledgeable staff to buy skis or bikes, this is your shop. Thanks again Derek and the other staff that helped out. Looking forward to hitting the slopes tomorrow! See you on the hill in Timmins!

We really love shopping at this store, the bike repair service is awesome and the selection and quality of items is really great. The staff and owner are fantastic and take the time to find out what you really need.We highly recommend!!
