So I haven’t used this place yet but I talked to the guy once and told him I wanted to book a storage until and he said yes I have one available I told him I’ll take it and I would get my cousin to book it because I don’t have a credit card so she called and booked it. This was last week, since then we can’t get a hold of the guy left tons of messages. He won’t return our calls. I don’t know what to do anymore.
