They are thurough and complete on their inspections , oil level on all hubs , steering play , lights , tires , tractor and paperwork , they might help a fellow driver before he has a problem , they are friendly and polite

This BC Scale is great. They provide accurate and timely scaling services to the commercial motoring public completely free of charge. They also offer courtesy log book checkups and vehicle inspections on a random, first come first served basis.They make their money when they find it necessary to offer logbook and vehicle maintenance instruction.It's the lessons that cost you the money. So be sure you have your weight under control, your vehicle up to snuff and your logbook up to date before showing up.Americans need to understand Canadian rules before crossing to avoid disappointments, delays and costly tuition fees.Restroom facilities are available and very clean. Bring sandwiches and a thermos of coffee because there is no restaurant.

I needed a printed" scale weight for a Mainland Ford client (#mainlandford). I called Mariah early this morning and she was very helpful in expIaining the process. I arrived with the unit and everything went smoothly. Mariah even ran the printout back to me in the truck. Now that's Customer Service with a CAPITAL "C"... Well done..."

Very nice and competent officers that work here. Very cooperative as well. They help us with things that weren't clear with permits.

Due to construction on a bridge,no wide loads,we're allowed. We had to adjust our permit route.Rather than just go, I went into scale and met Officers Gary, Philbrick and Carol. All three greeted me with a friendly smile and were very helpful in planning and changing our permitted route. A BIG thank-you to all three. They are a tribute to CVSE officers!

Very nice spacious scale at border.

About the only good CVSE officers I've run into over the last 2 years. Seem to want to educate and make commercial vehicle driver's lives safer instead of counting how many violations they issued last month.
