Probably one of the best customer experiences I have had with in a retail store. After talking to the store manager Jason in the morning, he said to come in after work and one of his associates would help us out. John went above and beyond after having to deal with my daughters phone getting stolen and upgrading the other 2. As I am in retail aswell, I really appreciate your team staying past 9:00pm to get the 3 new phones activated and ready to go. Thanks again!!

I'd recently attended this location, and unfortunately, my experience that night was exactly what I've seen in other reviews. I was greeted with ignorant and useless staff who refused to do anything to even try and help me.Ended-up leaving and calling TELUS. After hours on the phone, due to the excessive wait-time, everything was resolved.

Walked in and was quoted over $100 for the new iPhone 14 pro max and infinite data plan.... almost signed up.Went to the Telus store in the South end because a coworker recommended them. and they told me that I qualify for employee discounts through my work and now I'm under $90 for a new pro max and plan.And the guy gave me his cell # and said to text him if I have any problems, and he would take care of it.Don't go to this store they need more training.

I recently visited this location to get information on a new phone. I wasn't sure if I was ready to upgrade but with the staff's help, I was able to make a an educated the decision. One the staff members even let me use his phone for a big so I could see how it was. Since I was migrating from an iPhone to a Google Pixel, they made sure to help me understand the new device. Thanks to their help, I ended up upgrading both my lines.They were so friendly and helpful and were able to help me with my upgrades super quickly! I appreciate the help and am enjoying my new phone!

This store is horrible the staff is very ignorant and rude I have a phone that I pay for the warranty and went in to get it replaced and the where rude and not helpful and put no effort in trying to make things right I would recommend Roger they care about there customers

I made an appointment last minute, and they were able to help me right away. The associate helped me find a plan that suites my needs and explained everything clearly throughout the whole process. They were set up to help two customers at a time safely with masks as well as plexiglass (in case anyone is worried about going to the store in person).
