Kinetic Evolution

I originally started going to Kinetic Evolution when following my RMT Christine. Christine is top notch, so thorough and so kind! Since then I have started seeing Dr.Nick for chiropractic and Stephanie for physio! They are all wonderful. The front desk ladies, Jessica and Sophia are also wonderful! Would highly recommend the services of Kinetic Evolution!!

Working with Brodi and the programs he has created. He takes the time to know who and what he is working with. Creates great programs that challenge you and get great results. Highly recommend Kinetic Evolution and Brodi to help you achieve your goals.

Kinetic Evolution is a wonderful place with kind, intelligent individuals who worked with ICBC on my case to help me get back to where I was. I was lucky to have Jayson as my RMT and Brodi as my Kinesiologist to help me recover and get back on my feet.Jayson is a very intelligent and funny human who can really dig out all the knots and locate specific areas in need of attention. He also adjusts well to what needs attention for that day - if I had something specific that my body needed. He is practical and realistic and understands how far along someone is in terms of recovery and communicating with ICBC.Brodi is a very kind and intuitive individual. He knew exactly how to work with me and motivate me during our exercises, paid attention to the individual quirks of my body and knew how to make adjustments to the exercises based on that. He’s very understanding that my schedule is so hectic, and is more than happy to work around that. His exercises are well thought out and clearly explained. He is a very knowledgeable individual who I am very lucky to have worked with!

Kinetic is incredible! I see Al for PT, Jayson for massage, and Jeff for chiro and I couldn’t recommend each one of them enough. The staff makes you feel like family and the care that they give to clients is unmatched!

I've been a long time believer in my own doctrine that I'll fix my injuries as I go or just deal with them.I had been experiencing some knee pain that has been on going for a long time and has only been getting worseFinally my girlfriend convinced me to try physio and she booked me an appointment at Kinetic Evolution. I was skeptical because I figured my pain is what it is and one day it will go away on its own.That said I met Brett at the door when I came in and it was a good hour of learning from then on!Brett walked me through a bunch of different movements to gauge my body and what might be causing the pain and after explaining each and every step he did some initial adjustments. We again walked through some more movements and stretches and an hour later I was walking better and way more educated on what parts of my body were causing the issues. After that Brett answered some more of my questions and gave me a few easy exercises to work on at home.Kinetic itself felt like a nice gym and both the girls at the front we easy to talk to and had me sorted right away.Thanks Brett for helping me out!

I have had an amazing experience with chiro, physio and massage at Kinetic Evolution. I have found that most places try and get you in and out in ten minutes but the crew at Kinetic made sure all of my issues were looked at and addressed before I walked out the door. They are always super friendly and accommodating to get me in when I am in town! Highly recommend!

The team approach that Kinetic provides is absolutely first class and has been so important in the progress that I have personally experienced, Dr. Jeff is so in tune and good at zeroing in on what my body needs for treatment that it is remarkable. I also see Christine for regular massage and she is probably the best in town, she is very knowledgeable and always gets the kinks out even when I didn’t know there were kinks, and as for strength and conditioning, there is absolutely no one better than Tad. Motivating, insightful and so good at pushing you to your limit but not exceeding your limits, which makes you reach goals and set new goals to keep moving forward.I went from crippling back pain and fatigue to being in the best shape in 30+ years, and I can’t thank these people and this gym enough, everyone here is so inviting and down to earth, it is so comfortable and a really fun place to be a part of.

I have worked with Stephen for 2 years now and he has led me to become a better athlete. My sister and I look forward to strength every week. His patience and kindness is unmatched yet he pushes us both to be our best. Bobby has been able to help with athletic injuries and after physio with him, I finally have a hip that functions properly. Wyatt has been able to offer treatment after my car accident so I would highly recommend booking in massages with him. The facility is excellent and Jess at the front desk is amazing as well! Top tier in all areas, highly recommend.

I've seen Jeff three times now.I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the initial visit and his apparent interest in solving my pain issues. I appreciate his honestly about what he could do for me and what he thought other practices would be better for. His bone cracking hit the spot.Very clean facility.Good clean washrooms.Great service.Free easy parking.Middle to high middle pricing but you definitely get your money's worth.Yes I recommend them.Yes I will be continuing to go see Jeff.

Went for a massage for the first time and absolutely loved the room environment and the atmosphere, really nice people. The massage was also really lovely and helpful! Experienced!
