Upbeat - Personal Concierge

Very impressed with their service. I had a huge family get together for which I was looking for someone who could do customised returns, shop for party clothing for my kids and pick party supplies plus pick snacks from a restaurant that was about 20km away. I wanted one person who can do it all. And Store2home came in as a surprise referred by a colleague. I am super happy and would always go back to them. Their service is affordable, selection is much to our liking and delivery times are impressive.

I am an expectant mother and sometimes it's not easy to move out at my own convenience. Tried Store2home for basic grocery shopping and some other house hold stuff from Walmart and Home Sense. The service Awesome. I am so relieved that at an affordable price I had someone at my beck and call. Thanks Store2home. You rock.

I’m adding another review 3 months after my last post because I had another fabulous experience with store2home. I asked for an elaborate customized cake to be made and delivered along with a stack of lotto tickets for a birthday. Ana solicited 4 quotes on my behalf, made graphic images of all my options, and came up with a beautiful presentation for the lotto tickets...and again it was like she was in my head without me having to explain what I wanted over and over. It was so nicely done and often enough these cakes are more about presentation than taste but my family all reported that the cake tasted delicious. They also provided an extra surprise gift that went a long way to the enjoyment of the moment... which I witnessed over a zoom call. So another fabulous and class act performed by Ana and the store2home concierge team making me look good from thousands of miles away:). Thank you so much!I had the best experience with store2home personal concierge. I asked them to put an elaborate gift together and deliver it and they accepted right away. Their communication was prompt, always friendly and accommodating. Ana was wonderful to work with and answered emails at any time of day which can be difficult since I’m in a time zone with a 3 hr time difference. I was initially concerned about the presentation/look of the product but they understood very quickly what I was trying to achieve and executed perfectly.They also completed the project right on time during what is likely their busiest season- Christmas.I also very much appreciated that they kept the quote and the final price very much in line and actually ended up charging me less than I anticipated. The recipients of the gift were very happy too.
