Great place to get brand name clothing and items at a great discounted price. The Stark family owns it and has done a great job keeping it clean and having many different items available for the public. Staff is friendly and willing to help when asked questions. Check out their Facebook page as they post new items when they arrive or sales for the day or weekend. Free parking too.

I love this place and shop here quite a bit. They always have different selections of furniture at amazing prices. Blows my mind that some people still try to barter at a store and to try to avoid paying tax like the review below implies. I have always found their website and their marketplace listings to be honest and their prices very fair and they have never been rude to me, even when I ask 100 questions on a product that I don’t end up buying. For pick up they are very accommodating and helpful. Already have my eye on a new chair!

We went in this past Sunday afternoon to take a look at what the store had for sale. We were never greeted or welcomed at any point; not even a nod. There was an item at the cash I wanted to see but the staff were way to busy chatting with friends. Not a great experience.

Lovely store and great deals on brand name items. I have purchased both Kate Spade and Coach and I am VERY happy with my purchases. Instead of driving hours for deals, Kitchener-Waterloo is lucky to have a local business that offers high end products at discounted prices.

I went to check it out. I was 1 out of 3 people looking around, staff couldnt be bothered to greet us or ask if we needed help. There are lots of signs up Don't let your kids..." "You break it

Starks had posted a cute chair on Facebook Marketplace (a community for peer to peer sales, not meant for B2C) and responded to me very rudely when I simply inquired why a marketplace posting had tax on it. While I could have read the listing details more closely, their team had no right being rude :)

The hours make it difficult to shop there however when you actually get there it is well worth it. Great products for really amazing prices and there is a large variety of items considering it isn't a huge store!
