I've lived here for the past 9 years. Overall, I like it. The landlords are friendly and fix issues quickly. The building is clean and quiet. It's true the elevator and plumbing do require repair at certain times but gets fixed quickly. I live on the street side and find it a bit too noisy with traffic, but otherwise a decent place to live, close to the lake.
