The Beach YYC

We had our team holiday event here and had SUCH a fun time. Having our toes in the sand while it was cold and snowy outside was a real treat! The staff worked to accommodate all our requests and were so lovely and helpful! We loved having the option to play multiple beach games throughout the evening, and that we could bring in catering so we could play here all night! Really cool place to take the kids! They have drop in times for little ones to play in the sand on Mondays and Wednesdays. It was a good time for my toddler. There are lots of sand toys to play with and a spacious area!

I don't know how I've never been here before, this place is awesome! The sand is great, the nets are perfect and who doesn't love grabbing a beer between sets. You're going to get a little sandy while you're here but they've got the facilities so that you don't have to bring any of it home with you, just don't forget to bring a towel!

It's a great place to enjoy beach volleyball and other summer activities indoors, perfect for those cold Calgary days!

Cool and unique space! Pretty centrally located and plenty of parking outside. Went here for a friend’s birthday gathering on a Saturday afternoon - there was probably about 20 of us and we used 2 courts for a few games of volleyball and some Spike Ball, which they provide all the equipment for. There were a few tables for spectating and cubbies for your things just off the court. Was a little cold inside, but you warm up quickly as you start playing. The court area looked like it could use a bit more TLC in terms of finishing, but not a huge deal. Would love to go back again, as the staff at the front mentioned they do a kids free play a few times in the week.

Both adults and children had an amazing time!  Lots of different games to entertain the whole group.  Yvonne went above and beyond for us helping to make it a great experience for our company.  We would go again and recommend you plan your next company event here!!

This is an amazing place to have birthday parties, our son has had 2 birthdays here so far. It's spacious and the staff are friendly. Lots of room to run around and play!!!

I just recently started playing in a league here and I love it so much. The staff were super helpful for telling me about the facility and Eliot was also able to explain the details of the league and respond to my email inquires super quickly! The facility is kept very clean and they have chairs and tables around the courts. The only downside is I get cold feet but It's kind of expected as it's for the Winter League. I am really looking forward to playing here more in the future!

It's an excellent place to have the kid's birthday party. It's fun for them to play in the sand, the staff it's friendly, and they have activities for the kids. Also suitable for playing sand volleyball indoors. There's no water. It's only a giant sandbox. Recommended.
