Walking in, it was quite quiet and the barristas were very welcoming. It was around 3pm on a sunday so it made sense that there wasnt a coffee rush at that time. Got their brownie with caramel and toasted marshmallows along with two drip coffees. The brownie was a little two sweet for me but i can imagine someone with a sweet tooth would love it! The drip coffees also come with a variety of milk alternatives, including macadamia which i have never seen before. The inside of the store had a wonderful ambience and the service was quick and efficient!

Only 4 stars because the first time we came, the staff was rude. We only returned because the coffee was delicious! We tried most of the shops within a few blocks and found this to be the best tasting… the next day, there were different staff members who were delightful.Highly recommend the honey ginger latte!

Rooster Coffee House is pure joy. I tried their London Fog and hands down it is the best London Fog in Toronto so far.This place is spacious and ambience is outstanding. Whether you sit with a laptop or with friends, the ambience is apt for both.Best part other than the coffee, tea and latte is their little handwritten one liners placed on walls or slab. While you wait in line, just read them and they will make your day. Lastly, the takeout cup says MAKE A WISH. Simple but so powerful.Before I wrap up the review, special mention to the menu on this location, which is a blackboard on the wall which has menu handwritten with a chalk. Hats off to the person with such amazing penmanship.

I love the King St E location! It's humongous, beautifully decorated and has loads of room for dining. The staff were really nice & provided so many recommendations for drinks and pastries. I ended up getting the toasted almond latte and a salted chocolate chip cookie. I did enjoy the toasted almond latte but it did taste like expensive milk LOL so I'd try another drink next time. However, their salted chocolate chip cookie was so delicious!! I understand why it's a crowd favourite.

Very nice coffee shop, with lovely service and tasty beverages. It would be a great place to work or study - the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet. I thoroughly recommend

The place looks good and it's comfy to sit down and chat for a bit but the food was not good.I wasn't lucky with the espresso. The chalkboard read that they had a Puerto Rican variety but mine came out extremely acid; not as in this is an acidic variety of coffee" way

Greta vibe, great atmosphere. I only bought their cider and apple juice, it was good. I do NOT recommend anybody to have any of the baked goodies. Reason, they leave it out in the open, no sectioned off place. I spotted some flies hovering around and landing on them, so i changed my mind pretty damn quickly as soon as i saw that. Order hot drinks or the prepackaged food/drinks and you will be perfectly fine.
