Place is quite big and has an outside patio. Ordered ice chai latte with less ice. Barista were friendly and prepared chai according to the order. Quite good place to do school or office work on laptop as it has good wifi and place to charge and use laptop.

Incredibly slow .watched the girls chit chat while trying to do their work which is never that productive nor fast enough for the crowds.I know they work hard but if they would just concentrate on their work instead of talking so much it would go a lot faster.

Came in to return a cup as it was on sale , I asked if they could do price adjustment to which they replied no.So i said no deal lets return it, the whole staff didn’t know how to do a return & asked the manager.Store manager walks in after 20 min & told me she will return me the cup at discounted price & not actually price.When i asked her why? She said you are so *Ridiculous * & shouted go to other store & do it !The worst store manager I could have ever seen who tell their paying customers that they are ridiculous.After 40 min she tells me that she wont give me my money back & kept on shouting on me.If starbucks actually wanan run this location they need to change their store manager.I am devasted after this that how these people are rude just because they dont want to work! I use to go there everyday & use to buy gift cards for my company as well!But now a BIG NO !!!!!!What a shame !Hate starbucks !!!!

If this were Starbucks first attempt, they wouldn't have gotten to expand to store #2!10am on a Monday and there are 6 stàffers behind the counter and about a dozen patrons. Most of the staff are too busy chatting to even care to deal with customers, let alone do simple tasks like cleaning the dirty counters! The first staffer I asked why is there so little baked goods and only a choice of (8) edibles in the bakery display including ONE muffin? She just smiled in an apparent daze. I ordered no food!I asked the 'barrista' why none of the staff even notice the coffee spills on the counter

I ordered iced Chai tea Latte , it literally taste like water n milk mix , i went back to replace it , the lady there just poured more milk into it instead of making it again . Waste of money. I think there staff is new now they literally don’t know how to make drinks in this location. I am coming here from many years here . So disappointed today .

The drinks are fine but the problem is has to wait 10 to 15 mins to get a coffee if you order in person. I cone very often and I order online to skip the line. They have to add some more staff so they can serve faster

Worst starbucks I have ever been to!! Evert time I wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a coffee. Staff is extremely slow and rude. Today I waited 45 minutes to iced Fraps. I will never come to this location again. If your in a hurry stay away from this location

Was not impressed today waited for a half hour for a simple drink. Some how my order got lost. Batista tried saying someone must have taken my drink.... could of happened but never saw my drink being made. Don't think I will be going back to this location on scott rd and 72nd in delta.

This is probably the best Starbucks I've ever been too!! The service was so nice, while I was waiting in line this kind staff member gave me a cookie for free. This place totally made my day and my drink was delicious!! Five stars!!

Most friendly staff ever! 4 of the staff members I even know by name- Mia, Tanya, Inigo and Yatin. All so, so nice. There's also a lot of seating and it's quite spacious! Highly recommend.
