Caesarstone (Showroom and Warehouse)

We went with Caesarstone countertops when we renovated our kitchen in 2021. The reason we chose this product was because of the 10 year warranty and is supposed durability.Our countertops were installed in March of 2021. Within 4 weeks of installation, Wenoticed a chip on the edge of one section, we not sure what happened.The company who installed them Valley Granite in Coquitlam British Columbia repaired the chip and it was barely noticeable. However 9 months later a second chip in happened close to the first. This time a ceramic cup was place on the counter and chipped the edge. Valley granite came out again and this time the repair job is very noticeable.There are now tiny several tiny chips around the sink from various people washing pots and pans as we have an under mount sink.Caesarstone devlined the warrantee stating chips are considered normal wear and tear. This product chips mighty easily compared to my daughter’s Silestone quartz countertops which she has had for 5 years without any chips.Here are my recommendations if you decide on this product and want to avoid the expected chips in the edges :-Never choose an under mount sink you will have chips galore if you do or better yet don’t ever wash your pots and pans in your kitchen sink, the bathtub will be a good option.-Throw out all your ceramic ware dishes, bowls, cups and saucers as well as any glass drinking glasses and invest in plastic dishes, glasses, bowls, measuring cups, you get the picture!-Don’t bother getting a range or oven or cook hop. Scale back on the size of refrigerator you won’t need it because from now on you’ll be ordering take out or reheating store bought prepared mealsIf you want something more durable where chips are not an expected reality choose a different product. You will find you will save a few thousand dollars depending on the size of your kitchen.

I use CAESARSTONE almost exclusively for all my MOVIKE DESIGN design projects because I love the range of finishes they offer. The showroom is a great place to take my clients and show them their finish selection in a larger scale. The clients are much more comfortable making a decision after that.

Many people here are giving high review scores on the store experience but who cares about that if the product itself is subpar? We had Caesar stone quartz installed in our kitchen and have numerous blotches and imperfection all throughout our countertops. Upon asking Caesar stone to replace them based on their warranty they said it was within their accepted standard. They must have pretty low standards. If you care about an actual quality product with good after purchase care, DO NOT go with Caesar Stone.Edit: Caesar stone is willing to fix areas where it was missing finishing but the blotches will remain in the middle of our showpiece peninsula so increasing 1 starEdit: it was a really long process and frankly I don't think we should have had to go through this just to get a countertop that didn't have very noticeable blotches in it; but, credit where credits due, Caesar stone did replace the counter tops eventually and now they look good. Not sure about the long term durability yet, but will update if I have any further issues. Increasing to 3 stars as this process took a lot of my time and effort in order to get the product I feel I paid for in the first place. I needed to take time off work to be home for installation on multiple days because the stone had to be replaced twice due to defects that even the installer said were not acceptable.

The best part about this showroom is that you can see the big slabs before you decide on your counters. MOVIKE DESIGN's clients love to see the pattern in a larger scale before committing. Here some install photos of various projects using Caesarstone

This place is great! You get to see the full slabs so you can visualize your design fully. My rep, Francesca, is awesome! She's always a phone call away and she'll even drop off samples to me if needed. The quality of their product is also great. Unlike a lot of the Chinese versions, Caesarstone countertops take the environment into consideration with no off-gassing. Highly recommended!

Ceasar Stone is a joke. Don't expect anyone to contact you when they say they will and don't expect quotes to be realistic. We received a quote and were ready to move forward with them but we have waiting and have been held up at a complete stand still now for 4 weeks. Turns out they have invented their own business model of selling countertops by square foot but none of the fabricators will do it that way. At first they were very friendly but don't be fooled - you will be disappointed.

Stress-free experience at Caesarstone. Great set-up. Big slabs all clearly-labelled, on display. Makes choosing so much easier than guessing with small chunks ( samples). The fellow who greeted us was pleasant,not pushy. Gave us a quick overview of what we were looking at and left us alone to look. Fantastic! Meanwhile he quietly put together some information pertinent to our build and provided us with samples to check out at home in different lighting. All in all a 1000% improvement over our confusing/overwhelming experience at their competitor's showroom nearby.

Recently went to Caesarstone to look at their quartz slabs. Their show room is excellent and displays large sizes of their quartz slabs which gives the customer a real understanding of what the patterns and colours really look like. Charles was wonderful and a huge help ... polite, professional, and very knowledgeable explaining the stone to me. The receptionist was nice and eventually helpful, but it took her awhile to greet me when I walked in even when she saw me (I had a pre-arranged appointment), as she was chatting with other employees. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Their slabs are beautiful, however the show room experience was less than that. The staff are quick to ask you if you need anything, but if you aren’t working with a designer be prepared for an eye roll and limited support. I still chose to go with their product, despite the service as my fabricator was helpful and I didn’t have to deal with them. Why invest in a showroom team if they aren’t going to help you close?
