We enjoyed working with Basement Builders, we have never completed a basement reno before and the thought of it was intimidating. We just had our basement completed by Basement Builders and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! Developing our basement seemed like it would be an overwhelming task but they made the whole process so easy from start to finish and the timeline was clearly laid out! Kristina helped us make great design decisions to really bring our vision to life and ensured all areas would work well together and Murray kept us in the loop through the whole process and was quick to respond any time we had questions. All of the contractors who we had the chance to chat with quick on site were professional and polite. The direct communication from start to finish with the customer rep Murray exceeded my expectations. A helpful designer was included in the price and it made the decision process easy, plus we were able to find a great flow with the design on our main floor. Very comfortable experience with Don at the initial appointment. What I appreciated so much is how clean the basement was kept throughout the entire process. Trades/workers were kind, and any of our concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently.Highly recommend!
